A buyer (but most probably a sneaky/dirty old broker) trying to get my townhouse listing. 🤣 Scheduled an appointment for viewing today, still asking for the exact address when I already told him the meet up place. Guess what happened? 😏 He didn't show up nor replied but hey I even bothered the owner based on his bogus 2 pm appointment. Tsktsk. If it was the old me I'd be fuming but now I'm just chill. ☺ Good thing I used my bike and had a wonderful bike day. 🚲 Ah the freedom of traveling on a bike. 🚴 I did call him but he said he's (suddenly) sick. 😂 Yeah right. Next client! 😆 Putek pwede n ako gumawa ng mga comic strip sa mga kaanuhan ng ibang tao eh. Partida senior na ata siya tas ganun ugali. Mga kliyente pati kapwa ahente/broker di tlga mawawala yung ugaling ewww. 🤮
