Controlling your Mind towards Positivity What's going on everybody? I'm here now to write another article to improve your life. This is something I just really wanted to write about how to change your focus and shift your reality to attract what you desire. This is something I really wanted to write about because I feel like a lot of people are misguided with their thoughts. They don't really know how to control their mind and it's really hard when you haven't done any type of spiritual practice such as meditation to be aware of your thoughts that every time and realize what your thoughts are doing to your reality. So there's a key point that I want to bring up on this article. The key point I want to bring up to make you realize how your thoughts are creating everything is that your thoughts create your reality. Every thought you've had has lead to every decision you've made in life. That makes sense right? But on a scientific level,on a spiritual level, there's a lot more to it and that is because everything is energy. Everything you see is made up of atoms and molecules and this is also true with your thoughts. Thoughts are your conscious energy and you don't really know what's going on in your head for about 95 percent of the stuff which is your subconscious mind is what is creating your reality and leading you to what you actually do. 5 percent of it is your conscious mind what you're actually taking action to do and thinking about most of the time. So how do you reprogram your subconscious mind to create a different reality? You have to understand that your thoughts are creating your reality at every single point. Your mind is so much more powerful than you think. It is the reason your reality is the way it is. Think of it this way, your eyes are what is creating the light you're seeing and is what it's creating everything you're seeing around you and your body your skin is creating that heat that you feel and everything else you're feeling around you. If you think about it that way, you are what is creating reality itself. So how do we shift this? How do we change our focus? You need to start thinking positively about every situation and focusing on the positive thing of every situation. Now let me give you a good example. You're at a party sitting down and you kind of just look at the people, look at what's going around and you see two people arguing. You can choose to focus on that and that can be your reality. You can say "oh wow that party was a little too much for me. There's people arguing it seems like a really bad time" so boom there it is that's what you've created. You've created your reality through that thought and if you were to think about or see two people maybe in love, maybe talking happily, maybe you see people dancing, you focus on that side of the party that is going to create your positive reality. You're going to think "oh well that party was pretty fun and yeah everyone seemed like they were having a good time" and that is how your thoughts are constantly creating your reality. This is how your subconscious mind works if you can tap into your subconscious mind. You can create a much better reality. So how do we do this? Like I said, we think positively about the situation so any failure you have in life, you need to learn to realize that it's just a stepping stone towards success. Think about if you had a failure in life and you thought what can I learn from this. You can take something out of this that is positive.

Stop Caring What Others Think of You A pleasant evening everyone! I hope you're all doing fine. I'm just gonna share today what are the ways to do to stop caring what others think of you. So if you are interested on this topic, please read until the end. ๐Ÿ˜Š Not caring what people think is one of the main keys to personal development and also just building your dream life. By not caring what people think about you, you have the power to go down any road that you want to and build your actual path to success. Not caring about what other people think about you is so crucial to being able to do anything you want in life. We are constantly judged and now with this new social media age, it's even easier and faster to judge people. We're constantly being criticized and right now I'm just going to give you three tips on how to get over and conquer this fear of being judged so much. The first tip I have for you guys is to **stop needing approval for everything you do**. So everyone wants to be approved by every single person, right? That's in our DNA. We originally started out as a tribe species - so it would be sort of a follow-the-leader type of thing - where we follow the leaders actions. He's always right and we always stick together and we did this for millions of years that's why we're we evolved to be and act and think this way. And just now we're being able to be alone with our own thoughts and judgments. So what I would suggest for you guys is to take some time alone and really be in your thoughts you know. Meditate over it, think about what you really want to do and stop needing that approval of others to think that something is right. Do you realize how ridiculous that is to only do something if everyone else says "oh yea"? Do it if something feels true and real to you and you know it will make you happy. Just go for it! It's going to be hard to get out of something that we're biologically prone to do but once you realize that the need for approval is just something that's rooted in our DNA and it's not actually necessary, it's an incredibly liberating feeling. The next tip I have for you guys is to realize you to **not please everyone**. So yes, pleasing everyone is impossible. Think about when someone compliments you versus when you compliment yourself. Which one will have a greater effect on you? This realization of "oh people are complimenting me I must be good at it, I must be better at it, I must act a certain way to please all these people" is called confirmation evidence. You have evidence from other people that is confirmed that you are better at something or you're more attractive than someone. The bottom line is you cannot please everybody. Everyone was brought up differently so everyone has different beliefs. Beliefs are very important essentially what they are is how you were raised to believe in, the things you do, it determines your reality. Beliefs and reality have a direct correlation. Anything you believe in will be true and anything you don't believe in will be false. So by this principle it means that everyone has a different reality. How do you expect to please everyone if everyone has a different mindset and a different reality than you? There are going to be people that agree with what you're trying to do and there's going to be a people that don't agree with what you're trying to do. That's just how it is as soon as you start changing your beliefs. You can start changing your self-image which is the - really not caring what people think about you once you start thinking better about yourself. Onnce you start getting to that mindset that positive mindset, you can finally just build your actual dream life. You need to stop letting people get in the way of what you want to truly do just because they don't like or don't approve it and start living the life that you envisioned. So please stop trying to please everyone because that's such a stupid concept. There's going to be people that agree with you and there's going to be people that don't and you just need to accept that and the people that do agree with you and support you get more of those people in your life. The final tip I have for you guys to stop caring what other people think about you is to **realize no one thinks about yourself more than you**. So this is on par with social anxiety and this type of concept and practice can even completely alleviate your social anxiety. Basically you think everyone is watching your every move when this is just completely false. So how do you combat this? It's really simple actually. Instead of focusing on yourself and what's going on in your head, you start changing your focus to what everyone is doing around you and when you're focusing on what everyone's doing around you, focus on their facial expressions and their body language. You need to see if they're very open with their posture, they're standing up straight or if their arms are crossed and they're looking down like they don't want to be there. Once you start recognizing the things people are going through or if they're actually having a good time, they don't give a damn about you. They don't care what you're doing, all they care about is the opinion of themselves. So once you start to recognize the little things in people's facial expressions and body postures, you will realize that these people have so much other to worry about themselves other than me. The topic of yourself in them is virtually non-existent and once you realize this you're just completely liberated of any social anxiety. Stop the overthinking on yourself. Realize that everyone's got their own problems and everyone is focusing on how they can better themselves at all times. The only thing you need to be happy is your self-image. Just change your self-image and you will change your life.

How I reduce my Stress Hello everyone! Yesterday I wrote an article and it made 11 views. Not bad for a beginner. ๐Ÿ˜ And also I got 1 subscriber. ๐Ÿฅณ Whoever you are, thanks a lot! So I'm gonna write today on how I deal about stress. And maybe you can apply it into yourself too. Stress is the number one factor that deprives you of your happiness, your energy and your willingness to be productive. So if you want to be productive here are some tips I've used in the past and using the present to reduce stress immensely from your life. Stress is usually inhibited by something such as depression, anxiety or overthinking. But for me, the main problem is overthinking. That is what can lead to depression and anxiety and I'm going to give you some ways to stop overthinking and overcome this sort of mindset. First tip I have for you guys is to be optimistic and by that I mean is see the good things in every situation. **Always look at the positive side of every situation**. Your mind will get into this habit of positive reinforcement. Your mind will constantly shift its thoughts to the positive things in any situation. Your mind will have a very good job at forming habits out of the things you're constantly thinking about. So if you're constantly thinking positively, your mind is going to have an easier time to just think about positive things and if you're constantly thinking negatively, your mind will have an easier time to just get into that sad, depressing, stress filled mood. A good habit I formed personally is writing down what I'm grateful for every morning. I'll wake up and write three things that I'm grateful for now. This may seem like absolutely nothing like it's doing nothing but these are the types of things that your subconscious mind will take into effect. Your subconscious mind is actually controlling 95 percent of your acts and your behaviors. So in essence by doing this practice, you're actually reprogramming or hacking your subconscious mind and you'll get into this mindset a lot easier. The second tip I have for you guys to reduce your stress levels is to **exercise more.** Now I'm sure you know that exercising obviously makes you a healthier person. But it makes you a much happier person as well. Not only will you feel better about yourself but when you're exercising you release endorphins or the chemicals that reduce stress in your brain. So I would suggest doing some type of cardio or weightlifting four to five times a week and not only does that help your brain perform and function better but that also helps you sleep a lot better. And having better quality sleep ultimately will lead to less stress and overtime. Again, you're just forming a habit. So it's going to be easier and easier for you to get you up and go exercise if you're doing it consistently. Combining exercise, combining better quality sleep and combining being optimistic and thinking positively will allow you to become a more relaxed and happy person. The third tip and personally what I think is the most important tip to reduce stress in your life is to **meditate**. Meditation is essentially is to train your brain to reduce stress. Live more and think less. There have been endless studies that show what meditation does for the brain. So not only does meditation help preserve the aging brain but it also reduces activity in what's called the monkey mind. The monkey mind is the mind that is worrying the mind that is in the past or future and most of the studies say that its effects on the brain rival antidepressants for depression and anxiety. So not only does it make you less depressed and less anxious which reduces stress overall, it can actually help you concentrate and focus better. By focusing on what really matters, you're training the brain to completely relieve yourself of that stressful mindset. The fourth tip I have for you is to **find out what is stressing you out and think of the solutions**. This could go hand-in-hand with positive affirmations kind of you're thinking of how can I make this work better? How can I get over and accomplish what is causing me so much stress? So instead of overthinking it and stressing about it more, relax and write down what is stressing you out and what you can do to make yourself less stressed. Writing it down and figuring out the solution is the most important part but if it's something that you can feel like you can completely remove from your life without causing more stress then just let it go completely. You don't need to keep things in your life that are unnecessary, that are stressing you out. You need to let go of a bad lifestyle habit, a toxic relationship or even just material items. And by material things I mean things you can spend money on. You need to change your focus to the more intrinsically valuable things that you can't put a price on. It's very important to realize that the intrinsically valuable things are will really matter in life. A lot of people don't realize that the material you overspend and overbuy is only going to bring you temporary happiness. The intrinsically valuable things that matter most are the things that are going to bring you the most happiness. The fifth and final tip I have for you to reduce stress is to **be in the present moment**. All stress resides when you think you are, when you're so caught up in either the past or the future. By being mindful or being present, you become an observer of your thoughts from moment to moment without judging them. With mindfulness, you are simply just being you are completely in the present moment. You're not judging your thoughts, you're just letting them come and go and by not grasping at your thoughts or pushing them away you're actually just awakening to the experience of life completely. Living is living in the present moment. Nothing else exists but the present moment. This might seem like a tough thing to think about that nothing else exists but if you really think it over and over, it makes sense. There's no point to be worrying about the past because the past is unchangeable. There's nothing you can change about it so why even think or worry about it and the future has yet to happen and it's completely unpredictable. All that matters is here now. So those are the things I've done in the past up intil now to reduce my stress. I hope this helps. Thanks for reading.

I Believe in Spirituality Intimacy... Love... Connection... All words that have perhaps taken on a different meaning in the modern world or maybe we just don't see enough genuine amounts of these things anymore. Recently, it's felt as though more than ever there is a massive lack of love and empathy on the planet. I can't recall another time at least since i've been alive that people have been so down bad and lonely. When I say I believe in spirituality, what i really mean is that there is a collective universal consciousness, that we all contribute to everything in a way is connected. But we can't sense this due to the limits of the human mind. But every once in a while, you can feel it very powerfully like a mother who knows when her son is in trouble without being there or the literal pain that you feel in your heart after a breakup because in a way you were attached to that person and now you've cut that cord. We can't see things. Like, that we can only intuitively feel those properties of the universe that are extremely difficult to conceptualize - that slip through our fingers and yet we still know they exist. That is what i mean when i say I'm spiritual since we are all cumulatively connected under this universal consciousness. Every act and thought we omit into the world affects this consciousness and right now our values beliefs and influences. We've been programmed to take part in and are lowering the state of this consciousness and therefore all of us which is just a really fancy way of saying since other people sad, you too are sad. Btw, I am new here on this platform read.cash and I hope I can find my place here. Maybe I can write about negative beliefs and influences next time to make prove my point unto other people. Thanks for reading!
