Overcast weather presently at 32°C. The morning temperature is pretty cool at 27°C. However, as the day progresses, the temperature had reached 32°C at noontime and early afternoon. Good thing is that an overcast had blanketed the sky if not, this could be the hottest weather in September this year. Hopefully the typhoon had already weakened.
