JACK FRUIT DINAKDAKAN Went to a village carinderia (food stall) and this menu caught my attention. At first, I thought that it's an unripe jackfruit cooked with coconut milk, the seller told me that it is indeed a jackfruit but cooked in a different way that the cooking method is usually applied for a pig's parts like ears, liver and face. Since the menu is new to me and I am curious of how it tastes, I bought one order and it's tastes very good! This menu is a better alternative than meat because it is so healthy to eat due to its all plant-based ingredients.
