FISH SINIGANG I woke up suddenly because of a dream. It says that I caught a fish but the fishing line unexpectedly broke and I was not able to get the fish! Then that's the time that I roused from sleep because I thought that it's real. Just like my past experience many years ago when I am fishing along a harbor and also encountered such circumstances happened in my dream when the fishing line is no match for the size of the fish being caught. As I wake up, my stomach grumbles and look for something to eat so I found this newly cooked big-eyed scad fish swimming on its own broth that is made sour by adding some Averrhoa bilimbi fruits and some Chinese cabbage. That's how fish sinigang is cooked and you can choose the kind of fish and vegetable you want.
