nice take, did the star ray effects come from the long exposure ore is it from the post processing works?

  If you set f/13 or more, this effect comes into place ;) The quality of the lens is also very important, cheap lens don't produce it ;)

A little bit contrast will make the highlights and shadows more appealing.
