" Writing a story is one of my stress reliever" ****Definition for STRESS**** **Stress** is our body’s response to pressure. Many different situations or life events can cause stress. It is often triggered when we experience something new, unexpected or that threatens our sense of self, or when we feel we have little control over a situation. ****INTRODUCTION**** Hello everyone,,, a cold and rainy wednesday morning to us. Its my second time to write an article and I want to share it with you. As time goes by, I encountered problems that made me felt sad and uncomfortable because of my modules and I chose to be alone than to mingle and unwind. My mother told me to go out and have fun but I refused. Even I am not comfortable, I made a story about ***cocoa/cacao fruit*** because at that time, I saw my mother crushed a cocoa seeds for making a coffee. And it goes like this..... ****BODY**** **"The mystery of a fruit which called COCOA/CACAO FRUIT."***(by yours truly)* In a far, beautiful and peaceful city of Amore, thier is a couple who lives in there which have a daughter who was named Cassandra Vien and Kaori Vien. Cassandra Vien was the youngest daughter, she is humble,kind,hardworking and loving daughter to her parents while on the other hand, Kaori's attitude quite opposite and she was the eldest daughter. One day, their mother got ill which was not able to do the household chores and can't even prepare food for thier breakfast,while their father go to thier farm to feed all the carabao. Cassandra's mother told her to cook food for them to eat for their meal. When all was done and prepare,Her mother told her eldest sister which is Kaori to clean and wash all the plates that they used. Kaori refused and went to her room and shut the door loudly. Cassandra's mother get angry and scolded Kaori for being irrational, the way she mumbled and talked nonsense. Because of the words spoken by her mother,Kaori get hurt and became ruthless. Kaori went far from their home which no one can find her. Unstoppable crying,running quickly until she didn't noticed that it was totally cold,rainy evening and arrived at a place which is so dark and calm. She stopped and have a rest in a humid big tree full of fireflies. Shiverring and her feet are numbed. One of the fireflies perched on her shoulder. She was amazed but when she touched the fireflies, it took a different form(evolved) into a beautiful lady which has wings(fairy). Kaori was shocked and can't speak even a single word. Out of her sheer fear, Kaori collapsed. As week goes by, Kaori didn't even went home. Kaori's parents and her youngest sister seek for her. Their mother get guilty and blamed herself of what she has done to her daughter. Because of too much sadness,Cassandra went by herself to find her lost eldest sister without the permission of her parents. Until she did not noticed that she came from the place where her eldest sister was. Cassandra hurriedly approached her sister and hug her tight without hesitation. She was shocked and little bit confused because she noticed that her eldest sister was not breathing and cold.Cassandra something grabbed her attension because she saw that there have grown leaves on the body of her sister until it became a tree. Cassandra couldn't able to speak but the only one thing she done was to cry and cry in front of her sister which was the tree. Cassandra said that" I wish I was the one who suffered and hadn't left you alone for you not to be like this". Sobbed and unconsciously heard by the fairy. The fairy complied with Cassandra's request and cassandra became the fruit of the tree. Months passed, the couple never saw even the shadow of the children anywhere in the corner of their house. The couple lost hope and decided to move to the mountains to live there and change their lives. When they arrived at their destination, they saw a tree that caught their attention near their hut. On that tree, there was a fruit that prompted the couple to pick and taste it. Unfortunately, they thought that even the skin of that fruit could be eaten, it was bitter and the duaghter Kaori entered their minds. The bitter taste they compared to their daughter Kaori who was a rebellious, naughty and very stubborn daughter**.** The couple decided to open the fruit, they saw the white seeds and they tasted it. When they tasted its flesh and seeds, here they learned the mystery of the fruit because it is so sweet. The couple burst into tears because their youngest daughter, Cassandra, a kind, helpful, hardworking and loving child, came to their minds and above all thoughtful and obedient sister. Since then, the couple has cared for that tree similar to caring for their children and they named it cacao. ***Lesson Learned:*** *A good parent is not favored, children must be managed and cared for fairly. Their discipline is for the good of their child. So children will learn to be content, parents should be respected and above all pour your love on your loved ones because we do not know our boundaries in this world. Don't be rebellious and stubborn, follow the advice of parents and make it a guide to success.* *****Reflection:***** I wrote this story because I was little bit confused why is it called CACAO/COCOA FRUIT. And I was amazed that I can create a story on my own. Because of imaginations and a little bored I used my time to not be wasted. ****CLOSING THOUGHTS**** We can avoid too much stress and we can cope up stress by doing some things that made us happy like playing, listening music, dancing,watching funny or entertainment movies and mostly its better to write your thoughts of what you are feeling right now if your not confident to share to others. ****Acknowledgement**** To my ate @Zhyne06, thank you for your motivation and the trust that I can do it. And specially to our heavenly Father, thank you for the grace that you've given us everyday, for guiding us everyday/night. ****Dedication**** I dedicated this to myself that continue dreaming and pursuing my goals in life because I know,soon I will be successful. And also to my family,thank you for your unfailing love, the sacrifices and mostly appreciating all our efforts. And this it,,, I'm almost done. Hope you like it guyz. God bless us all. How can you encourage others to use internet responsibly? Before I start,,,I just wanna say thank you to my ate @Zhyne06 for the new phone that I am using right now...Thank you for the unfailing love and motivating me which helps me most to pursue my dreams in life. I know I can reach my goals in life just like you ate and its not too late ..... I will be hardworking and more patient. So here i go..... **INTERNET** is a globally connected network system that uses TCP/IP to transmit data via various types of media. It is academic and government networks-connected by guided, wireless and fiber-optic technologies. It is also refers to the global communication system, including hardware and infrastructure, while the web is of the services communicated over the internet. As a student, internet was so helpful to me especially in research. Because of the internet, I am able to get some more information and new ideas of the words that I am not totally familiar with. Using internet has advantages and disadvantages for people especially to those students like me. The **advantages** **of using internet** which includes: 1) Information on almost every subject imaginable.   2) Ability to do research from your home versus research libraries.   3) Message boards where people can discuss ideas on any topic. Ability to get wide range of opinions. People can find others that have a similar interest in whatever they are interested in.  4) The internet provides the ability of emails. Free mail service to anyone in the country.  5) Friendships and love connections have been made over the internet by people involved in love/passion over similar interests.  While on the other side, the **disadvantages of using social media or internet** includes the following: ) There is a lot of wrong information on the internet. Anyone can post anything, and much of it is garbage.  2) Some people are getting addicted to the internet and thus causing problems with their interactions of friends and loved ones.  3) Pornography that can get in the hands of young children too easily.  4) Easy to waste a lot of time on the internet. 5) People become lazy and dependent 6) There are a lot of unscrupulous businesses that have sprung up on the internet to take advantage of people.   7) It can be quite depressing to be on the internet and realize just how uneducated so many people have become in today’s society. For us people, we must know the limitations in using internet for our own safety. And parenting in the modern age can be overwhelming at times. The headlines are full of online dangers regarding cyber bullies, sexting, predator, and identity theft that can leave even the most grounded parents wondering if the daily struggle with power cords and WiFi are worth risks. Even though our technology poses real threats, responsible internet use can offer our family and friends a myriad benefits. **Conclusion** As a student, I can encourage others to use internet responsibly with little effort and well-thought out choices, it is possible to harness our technology to strengthen familiar bonds and connections by **turning to the internet for tutorials, explanations, and resources to help with schoolwork, assignments, or connect with tutors. Use online calendars to coordinate everyone's schedules. Take advantage on texting or social media apps to stay in touch with family and friends. Turn to the internet for money saving ideas, menu planning, do it-yourself projects and coupons. Remember to enjoy internet. Teach children social media etiquitte** because manners are more important-even in digital realm. And stay on top of child's internet activity including their mobile phone access. *The* ***internet-like the family car-*** *is* *an integral part of modern life that few can do without. However, just as they would not let their children behind the wheel of a car without having become a competent and safe driver, it's important for us to become responsible and educated users of the internet. After all-when used respectfully, the internet provides the means to connect and benefit not only our families, but also society at large.*
