Perfect Time To Buy Groceries NCR was placed under ECQ since August and some where in panic buying last week. Well I didn't bother to buy since I am thinking of long lines to the cashier and to avoid crowds. Well glady I did as I went to supermarket today their are only few customers. It's perfect time to buy groceries. #Unimart Capitol commons

In that situation, people who are near in the open mall or market must give way first to the people staying far from the groceries.
