Pampanga Hot Air Balloon Festival So as I have mentioned in my previous post, my friend been asking me to go with her at Pampanga this coming June. Just to attend music festival and hot air balloon. Hehe so as a supportive friend, yeah we already purchased a ticket last week. I am just hoping it won't rain or too hot on the day of the event 😂😂.
