That someone was in senses because it has a lot of health benefits, walking barefoot on grass just avoid it in random places. The area should be clean filled with only grass.
I know it's beneficial but now it's the start of winter season here and if i walk barefooted on grass I would get cold 😒🥶
I am doing this daily after 7.30am daily, will let you know if I catch cold, hehe. I think just do this after the sun is up a bit and is it's rays are falling on the grasses as well as on you. That will balance the temperature.
