MÓNTAME LOS CACHOS QUE IGUAL TE ECHO LOS LAZOS.... Buenas noches gente linda, cómo les está yendo por aquí? Espero que bien... Acá en Venezuela "montar cachos" significa ser infiel y "echar lazos" significa casarse. Verdad que es muy atractivo el título de este post? Ahora que ya tengo tu atención quiero contarte parte de lo que he estado haciendo recientemente. Mis manualidades están siendo bastante variadas, de todo un poco. Tal vez en algunas de mis publicaciones les confesé que suelo ABURRIRME pronto de hacer siempre lo mismo, no soy muy rutinaria en ciertas cosas, a veces creo que este no es ninguna virtud ni una cualidad, por el contrario creo que es un desperfecto que vino conmigo al nacer. En mi profesión siempre critiqué a los colegas que todos los años trabajan con sus estudiantes las mismas actividades, no me lo van a creer, pero hay docentes que usan cuadernos con páginas amarillas, deteriorados por el tiempo. NOOOOOO que va, yo creo que debemos estar siempre presentado nuevas estrategias y actividades nuevas y amenas... Claro, no me estoy justificando, solo creo que esto de no estar de acuerdo con llevar una rutina así tan estricta es cansón. A veces ando muy inquieta porque estoy experimentando cosas nuevas, sin embargo cuando siento que he dominado la técnica dejo de practicar y empiezo con algo nuevo. Estas semanas estuve muy concentrada estudiando y leyendo sobre creaciones que no me he atrevido a desarrollar, son el caso de los lazos de tela y de papel y el foami. En el caso de este último debo decirles que aún no lo trabajo muy bien, es delicado para todo, pero sabiéndolo maniobrar los resultados son hermosos. Now that I have your attention I want to tell you some of what I have been doing recently. My crafts are being quite varied, a little bit of everything. Maybe in some of my publications I confessed that I usually get BORED of always doing the same thing, I am not very routine in certain things, sometimes I think that this is not a virtue or a quality, on the contrary I think it is a flaw that came with me at birth. In my profession I always criticized colleagues who every year work with their students the same activities, you will not believe it, but there are teachers who use notebooks with yellowed pages, deteriorated by time. NOOOOOO no way, I believe that we should always be presenting new strategies and new and enjoyable activities.... Of course, I'm not justifying myself, I just think that not agreeing with such a strict routine is tiring. Sometimes I am very restless because I am experimenting with new things, however when I feel I have mastered the technique I stop practicing and start with something new. These weeks I have been very concentrated studying and reading about creations that I have not dared to develop, such as fabric and paper bows and foami. In the case of the latter I must tell you that I still don't work very well with it, it is delicate for everything, but knowing how to maneuver it the results are beautiful.
