Hey Lavi. I hope you are doing well. I am also dealing with severe insomnia as well. I have not been able to sleep properly for the past few nights, which is why you have not heard from me. I would be very tired before I would wake up for work. I know that I will have to go back to the gym since the four-day fast is not enough. I also know that it does not help that I eat bad types of food when I do eat again. 🍔🍟🤢 I hope you can get through your insomnia and I hope I can get through my insomnia as well. I just wanted to send you at least one message before I am going to go back to bed and try to get some sleep before I start work. Take care. 🥰

Well, guess what? I did not get any sleep. I had just remembered that there were people who rescheduled a day to come in and repair a few walls that were damaged. The walls just so happened to be next to my room and the carpenters were making so much noise that sleep was not an option. But it is fine though. I am just glad that the walls and ceiling were finally taken care of. And I also want to continue to be grateful for the good things that I have in my life. (you included ❤❤❤❤) Today is an American holiday called Memorial Day. The day honors the fallen soldiers of our country and it is usually celebrated by having feasts and activities. But there have been a lot of terrible events that have been happening lately. There are many acts of violence that are happening in many American cities, including one where a man shot and killed children in a school. I was not even comfortable traveling to a restaurant without carrying my gun with me. I honestly felt so worried about the future since life is getting so much more difficult than it has before. It also makes me sad knowing that you are still continuing to live in so much distress in a war that has been happening for many years. I could say that I hope this situation will be better soon, but I can only prepare for the worst.
