A tricky bait (i am pregnant)

How do I tell him I am pregnant already? We have been friends for so many years, had fun together, always eat together but now he has left me. It's not my fault that I am pregnant after all he caused  but he kept blaming me, saying I should take more, take more of what please, I am already pregnant. Can't you stop! You are my best friend why are you denying me now. It's not fair. Being a good friend is standing by your friend in time of need. We are in this together, I never got myself pregnant, you did. If you had protected us this wouldn't have happened but no you were so serious that you never stopped feeding me even when I said stop. Now look at it, my tummy is popping out already. We are in this together so you must walk with me to the end.
