Trust.

Your ability to rely on another that is trust. It is too delicate that once broken it's really hard to regain. Trust is that force that you feel inside of you to believe in someone or something wholeheartedly. Trust is just like a string once broken it can never be the same, the length reduces as you try to tie it back. Never make people lose truth in you, once you are untrustworthy you have lost your value as a person. Nothing you or do is regarded anymore. One can not just lose truth in you, certain things lead to that they include: **Lies:** if you wish to gain trust, always be truthful, let your words be your bound. One lie told can destroy a long term trust built. Lies told to one can circulate to many thereby making you a lier in the face of many. **Unseriousness and carelessness**: there is time for everything, never use the time for business for leisure, no one will take you seriously if you do and no one trusts unserious person especially in business. Your level of commitment to your duty draws people to you and gives them the confidence to trust you with their valuable be it money or contract. **Low self-esteem**: when your confidence in yourself or your abilities people lose confidence in you as well. Before you gain the trust of someone you never had any business with, you must show some level of courage and dignity. Low self-esteem shows you don't trust yourself and no one can trust you when you don't trust yourself. **Lack of understanding**: a person with a low level of understanding never work well with others, can you trust who you are not in good terms with? The answer is no. Learn to understand people the more, this will give you an edge over others. Don't be a snub or a nag, this will drastically scare people away from you. **Low mentality and ego:**how do you see others opinion? Do you see yourself as always right and others wrong? Admit your mistakes and when you don't know something admit you don't know it. Claiming to be right and know everything really pisses people off and that will make them not to regard you or trust you.
