My addiction

I am so addicted to my phone that I can't stay a minute without operating my phone. It is my best companion and playmate, we are bound to each other.🙈🙈🙈 I could remember going to the next street just to charge my phone. I am not so proud of it but you can't blame me, I gain a lot through my phone especially since I joined our lovely platform. According to online definition, Addiction is a psychological and physical inability to stop consuming a chemical, drug, activity, or substance, even though it is causing psychological and physical harm, in this case, my phone is my addiction, I don't sleep on time all thanks to my phone. it's really bad I must say and I am seriously working towards stopping it. I was sick for some days, although not serious, was admitted in the hospital for two days during these two days, I couldn't drop my phone, this is the height of my addiction to my phone, thank goodness I put every app on dark mood so the rays won't disturb my eyes. Having my phone on gives me this special joy, although I may not be online, my phone must be on if not I will start feeling somehow sick😔😔😔. How long can you stay without your phone?
