When it only knocks off your cap, you should be grateful.
Hi Readers! Good evening from here, hope you are having a good day wherever you are. May the blessings of our day always fall in our hands. Today was busy for me as I have to hurry to work in the morning. It had rained earlier and everyone had to wait for the rain to stop before going out for work.
When it finally stripped rain,the road was so busy and heavy, a lot of people were in a rush and needed to be at their work places. There was a traffic downtown that delayed the movements even more.
As I was walking down the streets with my umbrella, I saw a man in a car speeding down, probably to meet up with time. He was on his lane actually but forgot that people would drive out from their home and other roads by the side. As he sped past me, I raised my head up to see who was driving in such a manner. He drove past me in a few seconds and was so down from me that I couldn't see him again.
I kept walking slowly down to the public transport but when I finally looked straight and saw that same car in speed as it was parked, I doubted if it was it. When I walked closer, I began hearing voices in an argument. In my curiosity, I walked faster to know what was happening and when I reached there, I noticed it was the speeding car I saw a few minutes ago that had hit another car coming out from a compound.
This created a scene of quarrel between both drivers. When I asked to know how it happened, the driver coming out of his house narrated how he was slowly driving out of his house to work when in a flash he got hit by his (over speeding driver) car that forcefully stopped him. I took a look at the car that was hit and I saw that it was just the front that was spoiled. The man coming out of his compound was so lucky that he was just about to come out and his front tire hadn't entered the road. If not, it would have been him who would have been hit roughly.
The overspending man was apologizing for his wrong but the man who got hit wasn't listening to him, he wanted a new car for the damage and not his apologies. It was a serious misunderstanding that attracted a crowd before the man who was hit was told by a police officer that he should be thankful for his life rather than demanding a new car at first.
What if you were hit and got badly injured or have died in the process? Would you be demanding a new car or struggling with your life? ... Said the police officers to the man who got hit.
Those questions were what calmed him down and he listened to what people have been telling him. It was concluded that the overspending man will pay for his damages and repair of what he caused himself.
As I left the scene, I concluded in my mind that I wouldn't use public transport that morning to my job. I decided to trek a little distance even though I was already late for work. The questions asked by those police officers kept fresh in my mind. I kept asking myself the same questions till I got home now and as I am writing this article.
The big lesson for me is that "when something that was going to chop off your head only knocks off your cap, you should be grateful"

I used to think that people only hurry when they have no faster means to get them to their desired destination. I was in a hurry to get to work while trekking but if I has a car to take me, I would comfortably relax till I get to my job. People seems not to understand this, they would hurry with legs and also hurry in their cars. That is when these unnecesary accidents happen. We have to check our hurry habits otherwise we would be in a hurry to hurt ourselves.

Happy Sunday from Lady-Acher
Hello lovelies, how are you all doing today? I feel good and I am happy to write again today. This Sunday is a special one despite the rainfall. It started raining from noon till present. This is the longest rainfall recorded since last month. August normally has the highest and longer period of rainfall but this Sunday, it came as a surprise.
I have two more important places to go this evening and I hope it stops raining. It really makes me worried when it rains especially when I have somewhere to go. As I write this post, it is still raining. I used to be a kind that loved to sleep while it rains but now I am up writing for read cash. This is really a significant thing in my life.
Today is my second day here and my second article with you guys. The first impression and welcome I have received from my comments and the tips from some of us here made my signing up a colorful one. Thank you guys for your welcome as I wish for more.
I have also read as many articles as I could in the morning before going to worship and here I am now reading and writing again. I love how it works. It has advantages to me and that makes me feel good.
**How I am spending my Sunday today**.
At first, I attended a church service early in the morning and when I came back, cooking and making a Sunday delicacy started. I have my mom and my sisters help in the kitchen and that made it faster for me to get the Sunday food ready. I know by now, the majority should have eaten Sunday food. It is just a normal thing for me to cook earlier on Sundays. Maybe it is because everyone is at home and because of that, more food is needed to stay with.
***Let me share with you what I noticed about Sundays in my family..***
As a free working day, everyone in my family stays at home after going to church in the morning. We always record a high amount of consumption on Sundays. The amount of food we eat, the amount of water and drinks are at their highest on Sundays. Staying at home, people need something to keep them busy or keep them company.
Many visitors are also welcomed and I think this is because they are free to visit and we are free at home too. Today we have welcomed four visitors and I have an outing with my sister too.
**My plans for the rest of the day**.
I had it earlier that I would go to the beach with my sister, which after we take an evening workout but since this rain doesn't want to stop, I think we can only workout indoors. It is just today and Saturdays that my sister has time for exercises. She has been busy lately with her job and so I am too. One of the reasons I appreciate my joining this platform is that I enjoy my leisure writing or reading. It means so much to me.
**My plans for the new week.**
By next week Sunday, it will be my eighth day here on read. Apart from my other weekly activities, I wish to be celebrating my one week here on this platform with eight articles. For the first time, I will experience writing everyday. This must be a sort of challenge to me and I will be happy to take it up with other necessary engagements on this platform. That is my major plan for the week and I hope I achieve that.
I am yet to get tipped by @TheRandomRewarder whose tips I heard comes in a surprise 🫢. I can't wait to experience his welcome as I continue to do what I love doing.
**My biggest dream for this platform**
We all have goals that we wish to accomplish, I am not being ambitious with my goals but rather expecting the best of my hope. This is my first time having something to do with crypto currencies and I am happy to get started with BCH. I have surfed my internet and I believe that this crypto BCH has a wonderful future, at least it has its place in the bear markets.
My biggest dream is to have one BCH in my wallet as soon as possible. It might take so long but I believe that it will definitely happen one day. That will be a milestone for me and a blessing to my journey here on READ. I hope to see my dream come to reality in a few months.

My first time; gratitude and welcome (my read.cash journey begins)
Like an archer who shoots in an open field without a target, I was a few hours ago before joining this honorary platform. **How I found this platform**
I have been a mouse-potato and all my time I spend with my computer, I never saw this platform. I have wished to have something that is not just for fun or to just get busy but something as perfect as read.cash. A place where my still rings came true.
I was in a meeting when I first heard something about this platform where you can publish freely and have numbers of people read your work, get paid without signing up or purchasing a plan just for writing alone and other little engagements. I had to ask more questions later and finally surfed my internet where I found out more diaphanous and advantageous reasons to sign up and pursue my passion.
**My mission and goals**.
My happiness today is that finally I am here, here to live my passion and share with the world my contents and get more ideas too.
As a lover of reading and writing, I spend hours on the internet looking for what's new to read. Now this is a basket of goodies before me and I am honored to do my best (reading) in the best way. I hope to share with everyone my contents and with a titanic smile, make me get some tips from TheRandomRewarder. Those tips must be a burning passion and the reason to keep pushing harder for me and some others.
**Conclusion**
