Starting a journey towards acceptance.. At times kailangan dn natin aminin na hindi n din enough yong basta lang iniisip mo na kaya mo dapat kahit maliit lang na step gumawa ka din ng action para may makita kang pagbabago. You don't need to pressure yourself to show results immediately. All you need to do is take it in one step at a time. GOD bless everyone no matter what your journey is, I wish you well..

Breathe.. Each day when challenges come our way we tend to overthink.
