No, I started the text with I had ... No .... I have a friend, with whom I haven't spoken in the last couple of years. She is currently in the hospital, struggling with covid. I have known her for the last 30 years, and our families have been friends all the time. I feel powerless. Out of that feeling of helplessness, I called everyone who could help her, no one answered except the doctor I met in the cafe. He promised to follow her and report. If everything goes well, I will celebrate the cafe all my life. People who don’t know you when you need them will be crossed out for me. I was always available for them. I hope the prayers will be answered

I hope your friend recovers quickly. Sometimes the best way to know who you should keep close is to look at those who help others without expecting anything in return, and identify those who accept help but never give it.
