Today marks mom's 1st death anniversary. Time flies really fast. We offered a mass for her and instead of having a gathering, we decided to just distribute foods to our neighbors since we're not yet back to normal. I also found this artistic cake for a throwback. This was her cake when we celebrated her supposedly 70th birthday and her first birthday in heaven last year. She loves yellow flowers so my sister contacted her friend to have this cake customized. It's the same person who designed the call of duty inspired cake for my nephew. I share this artistic cake for a throwback. The icing is made of buttercream and the cake is a moist chocolate cake. Today is the death anniversary, a month from now will be her birthday and we'll definitely celebrate it. May you have a happy life with our creator mom.
