Part of my holiday vacation is my niece's birthday. She is the last celebrant in our family and her birthday is actually my first day of vacation during Christmas. We had a dinner at Mon Cherie cafe. Aside from all the foods we ordered, which I shared here in the past few days, we also had a cake for dessert. The good thing in this cafe is that they allow customers to bring their own birthday cake. The cake's flavor is called Indulgence. The name really suits the cake. You will definitely indulge especially if you're a chocolate lover. This is a moist cake with two layers of chocolate mousse filling, topped with chocolate bits. The amount of icing and its sweetness is just right while the cake is not dry. The texture of this cake is so good.
