🥋 DIY PUNCHING BAG 🥋 One of the good finds I had when I packed up and transferred to the apartment is this punching bag. This has been my karate buddy in my teenage years. Our maid helped me create this improvised punching bag out of the foam that my parents are about to throw. She rolled it and put it inside an empty rice sack. I was able to find the unused cloth I have for our supposedly home economics project but since it didn't push through, I just kept it for future projects. Luckily, I was able to put it to use in a much more exciting project. Our maid sew it after putting the sack of foam inside it then she put the tie so I can hang it when I use it. I'm glad I was able to keep it and maintain its good condition. Once my body gets used to the light exercises again, I'll start incorporating karate little by little in the next few months with my little buddy here. 😀🥋

Haha wala ako magagawa eh yan ang binili ng nanay ko pang project sana sa home economics hehe pero di natuloy. Ayan dinamit na lang sa punching bag hehe.

Punching bag medyo matigas di b? Dapat sand nilagay mo. Hehehe...si Zoe gusto ko din pag-aralin ng karate para may pang self defense. Nong college kasi ako may bad experience ako nong pauwi ng gabi galing school. Inabangan ako ng lalake kala ko katapusan ko na. High school naman kapatid ko non pinasok naman sya sa bahay namin nong nag-iisa sya.
Ako din may gusto ako sapakin dati haha. Yung carwash boy kasi sa kanto namin nakakapang init ng ulo. Kung dumampi sakin kahit daliri lang nya sa kanya ko unang magagamit ang karate. Pero mainam na din na pang workout na lang sya kaysa naman mapasama sa gulo. Yung punching bag naman matigas sya kasi makapal yung niroll na foam eh.
Masyado ng magulo ang mundo mas mabuting may alam kang self defense kesa wala kang kalaban laban.

I'm very thankful that our maid came up with that idea and she knows how to do it.

Yes I decided to do a self study on karate. My mom bought me a book. I'm also lucky coz the materials are available to make a punching bag and our maid knows how to do it. Now karate is more enjoyable. 😀
