A problem SAID is a problem solved...But you ask me why? 1.Sometimes in Life we just say our problem to the air and sooner or later we got it solved....we didn't share it with Human being but we SAID it 2.Communication wise, To say something is A data(raw fact) while to share something is An information (a processed data).....
