We're not sure if the dirt is completely gone after we sweep the floor, so we're still wiping it down with a damp cloth and seeing some dirt. We didn't want that because we sometimes like to sit on the floor, so we bought this instead. This is very convenient because it has a long handle and a slide groove system to create a strong squeezing force without requiring you to squeeze the cloth with your bare hands.
