I do pretend just to be fine with anything, but I feel so bad inside and broken.. the main question is do people around care about you and I so much to make it better, or probably make it really bad.. I can relate with a person who is depressed and decides to keep that alone.. I agree with you that there’s a way out and it’s time be free…
I can tell you that I count mainly on the family, if we notice someone depressed, we look for a way to get them out of depression, we encourage them, that's why I say that we are not allowed to get depressed.
So Sorry for misunderstanding your initial write up… family is a strong bond and we can help each other become better.. there are times that even family members would know nothing about the situation… I pray God helps anyone going through this
