Six Personalities of Women..... **hello guys I hope all of you are doing well.**  I always clean my bookshelf after a month or two. Today, when I took out the books, my psychology register was in them. When I opened it, I went to my classroom for a while, where our teacher was teaching us about female personality.so, I have decided to share it with you. Today I share with you the six personalities of women. these are ALPHA female, BETA female, DELTA female, GAMA female, OMEGA female, and SIGMA female. **ALPHA FEMALE**: They are very confident, they are very powerful, and they are smart and ATTRACTIVE. No matter how much people criticize them, they never think negatively. They never doubt their talents and guts. they can handle any difficult situation bravely. They become the soul of the place where they go. Become flourishing. That's why people like them. People judge them a lot because it is the rule of our society to judge every strong, successful, and courageous person. But they do not respond to their judgment and go ahead after giving their personality glance. they never hesitate to say anything, no matter what the men in front of it. They are a combination of kind hearts and strong. **BETA FEMALE:** They lack self-confidence and are very self-doubted about selves. they can never make their decision in their own life if they dare to do so they can not stand for their decisions. They never get into arguments because they don't like arguments or maybe they think they can't do it themselves. They go to great lengths to do things that no one else can do, but they do not get the attention they deserve. They know very well how to communicate in society, yet they often do their own loss to please others.  They hide their feelings for the happiness of others. They are so kind and loyal than everyone makes them their friend. Because of this feature, they are considered ideal friends. They do not consider themselves attractive but people always admire them. They make sacrifices in every relationship yet their value is ignored. **DELTA FEMALE:** They are quite introvert . They are people who do not like such gatherings. They like to be in their shell. They are very shy and enjoy their loneliness. They don't want popularity. The biggest thing in life for them is peace. They all talk about being very humble, no matter how angry the person in front is. They are so peaceful that even they treat their enemy gently. Haste is not a word in their life. They are always considered lazy but their nature is relaxed. **GAMA FEMALE:** It's not as dominating as Alpha Female, but their knowledge makes them all unique. They impress people with their knowledge. they are goal-oriented. They love to share their knowledge but it does not allow anyone to waste their time. they are health conscious. They are quite spiritual and that is why they prefer cleanliness. Where they don't see their value, they pull themselves out very smartly. **OMEGA FEMALE:** Alpha and Omega are two sides of the same coin. both of these are confident but ALPH is extrovert and OMEGA is introvert. All the girls try to be like Alpha but they want to be as they are. they like to sit alone instead of sitting among people. They are very sensitive. They are sad very quickly and start crying at the top. They are always in their tune. You will never find their room clean and managed. **SIGMA FEMALE:** They get a lot of attention from people. Just like alpha, they got attention but never enjoy it. They also have a different world. they got mysterious personalities.it is not difficult but impossible to understand them. They are quite dangerous. Because they have a habit of speaking directly to the mouth. They do not do anything backface. No one can win the debate with them, especially when they are angry. if someone hurts them, they will take revenge. They are very proud of themselves. You can never humiliate them. It doesn't take long at all to leave a toxic relationship. they are unique they never follow any trend but they are trend makers. they are extroverts when they are with friends but they behave like introverts when Strangers are around them. *****closing thoughts; God made every person different from others. we all have our unique personalities. I think I am the combination of alpha and beta what do you think about yourself must tell me in the comments.***** ****image courtesy to google......****

Self-communication... ****Tomorrow will be my mass communication class so I was making an assignment for my subject on the topic of believing in self-communication. All thoughts that I am going to share with you are taken from lectures that I have noted down during class and some are my personal thoughts. so let's start.**** Whenever the word communication comes to our mind, at the same time it comes to our mind that it is a name for conversation or exchange of ideas or information between two people. But communication is done not only between two people but also with yourself. We have often listened to the word self-communication. which may include self-talk, or recalling memories. The power of self-communion is a unique trait given to human beings by our supreme lord. Developing effective ways of communicating well with yourself is an imperative aspect of overall health and happiness. The difference in intrapersonal communication amongst humans is how much one person has developed his or her self-communication skills in a way that is beneficial to his or herself. **MEDITATION:** This is the best way to communicate with yourself. Do it during the night when you go to bed for sleep and you have switched off all lights. Start recalling your whole day what you have done or what you are supposed to do. Count your good and bad about your day and make a plan for the next day that you will not do these mistakes again that you have done today. take a deep breath and let all negative thoughts come out of your mind. it's really soothing and relaxing I do it personally. so, I will recommend it to all of you. **SMALL CHANGES IN DAILY HABITS CAN BE BENEFICIAL FOR US:** **Morning ritual.** Maybe you like to go for a run. Or, maybe you like to meditate or enjoy a healthy breakfast. Whatever it is that makes you feel supercharged, kick start your day with that habit. **Develop reading habit:** Reading books is a great way to gain knowledge and stimulate creativity. Immersion reading also improves focus and has a calming effect similar to meditation. Moreover, reading before bedtime can help you sleep better. ·         **Invest in self-care.** Taking some time off to unwind can do wonders for your mood, mental health, and self-esteem. Do at least one thing every day that makes you feel good. Listen to music, learn a new skill, take a long bubble bath, or prepare a nice meal. Whatever floats your boat! **POSITIVE THINKING CAN BE HELPFUL:** In positive psychology research, gratitude is strongly and consistently associated with greater happiness. Gratitude **helps people feel more positive emotions, relish good experiences, improve their health, deal with adversity, and build strong relationships**. **MENTAL HEALTH AND PHYSICAL HEALTH BOTH NEEDS CARE:** usually, we used to take care of our physical health. We used to go to the gym and go for walks we take healthy food to maintain our physical health or let me say to maintain our figure. But we always ignore our mental health you know our physical health is actually determined by our mental health. We should focus on our mental health as well. Let me tell you some mind-damaging habits by avoiding these habits you can improve your mental health. Let me tell you I actually wanted to write a separate article on mind damaging habits. ·         No breakfast ·         Mobiles addiction ·         Covering head while sleeping ·         Reading something while you are traveling in any vehicle ·         Sleep deprivation ·         Noise pollution **PRACTICING GRATITUDE:** Gratitude is merely being thankful to Allah for everything. Secondly, gratitude is something that we should always be thankful full for what we are blessed with. If we daily communicate with ourselves and count our blessings and practice gratitude to whom blessed us with everything make positive changes in one’s self. **The benefits of a gratitude practice** ·         Improve sleep quality. ·         Improve emotional regulation. ·         Increase feelings of happiness and positive mood. ·         Reduce stress, burnout, and symptoms of post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) ·         Increase resilience.  **COMPARISON WITH OTHERS:** When we compare ourselves to others, **we're often comparing their best features against our average ones**. It's like being right-handed and trying to play an instrument with your left hand. Not only do we naturally want to be better than them, the unconscious realization that we do not often become self-destructive. Sometimes we compare our progress, personally and professionally, to others, and feel awful. We start beating ourselves up, judging our weaknesses, and start feeling bad about ourselves. **Comparing ourselves to our friends and rivals can affect our self-concept and self-esteem.** **We all are the best. Allah has blessed every person with some skill or talent maybe if one person is best in writing the other one must be in playing some game so stop comparing yourself to others because you have your own unique quality.** **Closing thoughts: we listen to a phrase to be the best version of ourselves. to become the best version of ourselves I think self-communication is the best way . so start to communicate with yourself on a daily basis and note changes that this skill will bring to your life.** have a good time with yourself. regards: Khanum **all images are taken from google.**

Fear of being judged..... Today has been an energetic day for me. I have to travel to my relatives. I had to go to my aunt's house for some work. And that is the only house where I am happy to go because maybe my aunt, caresses me even more than my mother and she makes My wishes come true. And to get there but also to go everywhere I choose the metro bus as far as possible. One of the reasons for this is to promote public transport so that there are fewer vehicles on the roads and less air pollution, less noise pollution and traffic. The second reason is that I always enjoy traveling by metro bus. That is why I always prefer to travel by metro bus. Let me share with you some snaps taken from the metro bus. I'm sure you'll like it.   Let us come to our main topic. ****I've always wondered why people improve their  appearance while in principle they should improve their words and their inner thoughts. But after today's experience, I have come to understand why people do this.**** Today, when I was sitting in the metro bus, after I sat down, two women entered the metro. Both of them were about fifty years old. Because our religion teaches us that when you have elders enter meeting or a crowded place, you should vacate your seat for them. But maybe we are losing our values. Well, one of the two women was very well-dressed, with colored hair, nice expensive phone and  have a branded bag. The other woman, in her old but clean clothes, seemed to belong to the middle class family. As soon as the first lady entered, two or three people got up and gave her a place to sit . But when the other woman entered, I saw that everyone ignored her arrival. I was a little surprised to see this. Well, I gave her my seat and stood beside her. And my readers, believe me, when this woman started talking to me, she was such an educated , so humble, down to earth lady. Talking to me, she said to me, "Daughter, do you know why no one gave me a place when I came here? I said, I was still thinking about the reason behind this. **So she said we always hear that “don’t judge book by it’s cover” But the fact is that everyone here is judged by his appearance. My journey with them went very well.** The second coincidence that happened to me was that there is a huge market where I got off the metro. **Where it is believed that only upper class and decent people come here and indeed upper class people come there but I believe that decency  Does not belong to any class. If the training is good then there are decent people in the lower class and if the training is not good then there are bad people in the upper class.** Nowadays, because it is the middle of Ramadan, people turn to the bazaars for Eid shopping. There is a lot of rush in the markets nowadays that is why pocket pickers  also become active. There was a big crowd outside a mall. I thought maybe there was a sale on a brand, so I went there too, but when I went there, it was revealed to me that a woman was being interrogated there. She was a woman who survived a face mask on the street. She was told that you had stolen it and she kept saying, "Believe me, I have been working hard all day here to sell face masks and earn. Another woman who was known to belong to an upper class family was saying that I have seen this woman unzipping someone’s  purse. But there was something in the woman's eyes that was not visible to viewers because of her appearance. The discussion was still going on when the good looking woman walked out of the crowd. At that time I was very surprised. I wish I was in my senses to make a video. I started walking behind them and I saw that woman went ahead and joined two other women and started telling them something because I was so far away from them that I could not hear what she was talking about. There must have been something strange. I was so scared but I wanted to know the truth. I took an alternative path to reach them but I lost them in crowd. Conclusion: We have heard many proverbs and we use them in our daily life speech  but never follow them. One of the sayings is: don’t judge book by it’s cover. But we always judge people by their appearance. ***After all this experience, I realized that people fix their appearance only because if they do not correct their appearance then they will be wrongly judged.there is  social anxiety disorder called fear of being judged by others.*** ***In a society where people are judged by their appearance, the disorder is more prevalent in those societies.*** ***My dear readers please don’t judge other. It promotes social diseases which are difficult to cure.***

Man is puppet in hands of destiny.......thomas hardy.... **Hey, my readers! I hope all of you are doing well. Today was an exhausting day.** Today is my third day on RedCash. Although I have not received much acceptance, I have not learned to step back. From childhood, we are taught a story. In which we were told that a king ran away from the battlefield and hid in a cave for fear of losing. There he sees a spider that is constantly trying to get to the top. Despite repeated defeats, it tries again. At last, it succeeds in its goal. The king learns a lesson from this spider and goes back to the battlefield and fights with courage and hope and won. The only reason to tell you this is that I am fighting a war with myself at the moment. In which I am on the verge of losing. But I don't want to lose, I want to win. Because I have not learned to lose, I have learned to control myself after stumbling. Winning is the right of every hard-working person. But sometimes man is forced by his destiny. Helpless where he can't do anything by himself. Sometimes life seems to be just a matter of luck. Everything happens by luck and nothing exists else. Then there are two kinds of luck. Good luck and bad luck. The idea of good and bad luck is always scary so your name is not included in the list of bad luck. **I have seen two categories of people in this world. One is those who work hard and the other is those who have good luck. Those who have good luck are always successful, while those who work hard sometimes do not even get rewarded for their hard work.** And I'm one of those people who believe in luck because it requires fulfillment of faith to believe in destiny but I am a hard-working person. I had an Urdu teacher in my college because I have a personal interest in Urdu so I was my teacher's favorite student. And she knew that I work very hard, so when our Urdu paper was done, the teacher asked everyone which question you have attempted, they all attempted the same question and I wrote a different question. And you know my readers At that time, in front of everyone, my teacher told me, Khanum, your luck is not good. it always stands in front of your hard work. Although I was the class topper when the result came. I had eighty-five marks out of a hundred. But the teacher's words stuck in my raw mind. Even today, sometimes I think that maybe I am a loser only because of my luck, which I do not have the option, I have only been given the option of hard work which I do. ***There were many moments in my life when my luck was standing in front of me but I did not give up. It is my habit to talk to myself after every defeat, every failure. I encourage myself that I can do it and tell the world that I can do it all. Your intentions are not so weak as to fall into a single leap.*** And that's what I'm still doing. I'm fighting myself. I am fighting for myself. If I win this war, I will see you again tomorrow in the form of another article. **Till then take care of yourself and  Pray for me to be steadfast.** ****the lead image is from google****

Recalling My Journey... **Today I was recalling my past. whenever I feel that I'm lost I used to recall the journey that boost me to do more hard work. I was recalling it I felt that should share it with my read. cash community. I hope you will enjoy it.** It starts when I was 2 years old my mother was a teacher. She has been teaching for one-year .she used to take me to school with her. After one year when I became 3 years old, she left her job. My elder brother was a student in 1st class at that time I always cry when he left home for school. I always say to my mother I have to go to school with my brother. One day my mother took me to school for admission. At that time it was the policy of schools that they only admit children of 5 years but I was 3 years old. After listening to my mother. the principal replied she is too younger to get admitted to the school. Sorry, we cannot give her admission. I went to the principal hold her finger and said I will recite a poem to you.it was the time for assembly. I went to the assembly hall and read poems in mike. I couldn't look behind the rostrum( hahaha). everyone was listening to me but no one can see me. After this, the principal said to my mother you may go now she is my student from today. This is how the days will pass. I was from a middle-class family and it was custom in our area that girls cannot study after  5th but my father has some other kind of person. He migrated from that area to the city just for sake of our education. I remember when I was in 5th class all of those people used to say to my father this is her last year of education. But my father convinced them to wait for my matriculation. I was a good student in my school every teacher support me and appreciate my father then the day come when my matric result came out I passed my matric exam with distinction. My father was too happy he called my uncles to tell them about my result but they clearly said that enough! Noe you are not allowed to educate your daughter further. And at that time I had participated in a debate competition there was only one award best performance award and I can’t still believe I got that award and they announced to sponsor me for my studies. My father was really in tension that what he had to do. On one side was the whole family and on the other side was his daughter. And you know my dear readers ! what he has chosen?  He has chosen his daughter's education. I started my intermediate but my result was not good enough I got only 250 marks out of 550. My all friends were migrating to private college due to their ad result. I thought my father cannot bar my private college expenses. I was too upset but my father came to me and said my daughter do what you want to do. I will pay your fees don’t get worried about it. I repeat my 1st year when the result came out I got 450 marks out of 550. My father was too happy to see my progress.. then I completed my intermediate with distinctions. My father was happy to see my picture among the outstanding performers of the year on the poster. Then I got admitted to the university for a bachelor's degree. I was in the 3rd semester when my mother got a serious health issue as I am the only daughter of my parents so I had to leave my studies to take care of my mother.it was the last of 2019. Time has passed in 2021 when my brother got married my father came to me and said my girl what do you think about your bachelor's degree. I replied baba it's too late. He said” **it's never too late to start again**” stand up my lovely daughter and fulfill your dreams. then I again took admitted to the university and I am studying yet. This is all possible just because of my father. Now I am waiting for the day when I will be standing in front of my father in army uniform. that will make my father proud in front of those who were against it. I also want to share my father's burden. I was searching for a job that will not disturb my studies. and I found it in the shape of read. cash. Purpose to tell you my story is that we should promote girls' education. We should spread awareness among people that how important is to educate a girl. coz educating a girl is like educating the whole society. ****Girls' education is a guarantee of a bright future.****

@Khanum....

what is life? question is too simple but difficult to answer. Yesterday I was sitting with my fellow in the library and were generally discussing things. She asked me a question. She asked how your life is going on. I said life just goes by. She said babes tell me what do you think what is life. I had replied to her but I was not satisfied with my answer. My mind got stuck on the question that what is life. Then I started to think and observe. While coming back from the university by bus I was deeply thinking and observing everyone to understand life. On the way, my eyes fell on the flowers because it is spring. I thought that maybe life is just the name of passing on seasons, autumn to spring and spring to autumn. But I was not satisfied with this thought. **I asked my mother:** what is life? She said to me life is divided into three stages. I asked mom first to tell me what she meant by “to me” . she replied my babe definition of life is always different for different people….. I was surprised that we all are living the same lie how it is different for different people… Then she said these **three stages are childhood, youngness, and old age**. Childhood is a life of no worries, no tension. Then comes the life of youngness. it is an important part of life that we live. It is a cool and luxurious time of life. But it is also the stage that decides your future life. If anyone just becomes calm and chill and does not work hard then the coming time of your life will be surrounded by troubles. So, make this part of life valuable to achieve a good future. The third one is old age which is the only time to see your children’s success and become happy for them. She said this is all about life to me. **Then I went to my father and asked baba what is life to you.** He said life is like a long journey …and the person is just like a passenger. It is up to him whether he makes his life beautiful or full of tension. Life will pass either you laugh or cry. so, why don’t you make it good and memorable? **Then I went to my brother and asked bhiya what is life to you?**  He just smiled and said my girl to me, life is just a matter of spending day and night just passing time in which many seasons come and go, many hard times come and go, many people come and go.. But you have to go through it bravely and successfully. ****Then finally I concluded that what is life?**** To me, life is a colorful picture but it has something that is painted black and white in it. Sometimes life is like a free and wandering bird that flies in the air happily and flies to a high destination. But sometimes it is like a boat that is in the middle of the deep sea and storm. Those who dare will reach the shore safely and those who lose their hope will drown in the mid of the sea of life. In the end, let me tell you a short tale. There was a king in history he asked his advisor that write a sentence for me that when I read it at a happy time it will make me happier. And when I read it during a bad time it gives me courage. The advisor write “this time shall pass too” and said my lord when you read this in good time it will make you happier than you should enjoy this moment because this will pass on and when you read it in bad times it will give you courage that this will pass soon. Dear readers! I hope you have enjoyed this article. Please share with me what do you think is like to you?

Smile.......The best expression Do you know the importance of smiling? Have you ever thought about it? It is not only a five-letter word but it is the best way to express your love, your care, support, and feelings to others. if you meet someone with a smiling face he can never forget you. Have a smile on your face and give relief to you and your company as well. If a doctor meets his patient with a big smile on his face his patient will get a 50% cure with his great smile. In a contemporary time of hustle and bustle smile is the cheapest, no time-taking way to make yourself calm. Look in the mirror pass smile at your reflection and go ahead to get success, to explore yourself. A smile is very important especially nowadays when the entire mankind is surrounded by thick black clouds of hopelessness without any silver lining. It is therefore very essential to share some gorgeous smiles and make the victim of sorrow and depression feel sunny and cheerful. For instance, you are walking on the road and you find a poor child in tension for something. If you pass him a great smile and some polite words it will cause a smile on his face also. It is to be said that when you spread happiness you will get happiness. but as humans we have a nature that we become pessimistic more quickly and easily. we use to cry over bad times and forget to enjoy and smile over a good time. Let me tell you a short tale, there was a village and its people were too simple they had an elder, sophisticated person in their village. All of them were used to going to him every evening and sharing their problems and tensions with him. He used to give them suggestions and teach them to live happily with what they had. but those people habitually cry over bad times and ignore the good ones of their life. One day during a conversation the elder man cracked a joke everyone started laughing at his joke. on the next day he told the same joke they laughed again. on the next day told the same joke again some of them laughed but the rest of them were quiet. on the next day, he cracked the same joke all of them only smiled not laughed the elder man did the same the next day people got annoyed. Then the elder wise man told them when you can't laugh or smile at the same joke, again and again, then why do you always cry again and again on the same tragedy that has passed. so, to make your life easy and comfortable bring a cool smile to your face every time because there are already many reasons in life to cry but you have to make a reason to smile. Hey!!! you will seriously look cool when smile. Look at yourself in the mirror while smiling.
