I'm aiming to have 8 hours of sleep again so I started to do it last night. I downloaded the Sleep Cycle app to monitor my progress. Here's my first night activity. I cough, I snore and I talk? For real?! Hahaha! When I play it, I heard myself saying *"Kain tayo ulit sa sangyup"* Let's eat sangyup again". Hahaha! Gaaaad! Food is life even in dreamland. 😆 This app is so cool that records your activity while your sleeping. You must try it later at night 😁
