Hypertension is very common. It's no longer a disease of the old. We've seen alot of young people come down with Hypertension. It's called a silent killer because most times you don't have any symptoms and the person just slumps and that's the end. Check your blood pressure regularly as a young person atleast once every 3 months. This will help in early detection and effective management
