HOW WAS YOUR YEAR? We are approaching the end of the year. Many people didn't have a good year and if you are one of them, I just want to say that I'm proud of you for your strength, courage and making it this far. When doing the restrospective of your year, write down everything you've learned about yourself, about people and about life this year. Don't just focus on your losses and things that went south. Give yourself credits for your victories and achievements too. You have come a long way. Be proud of yourself.
