Update to #Ebids game marketplace (only)! The game hasn't had or planning to have a large scale sale/drop. Instead they've configured it so that only organic growth is supported. For example with every next 30 new (and active) players 1 plot of total 900 land plots is released as a pack sale where you can choose the rarity of the pack/land (until that rarity runs out). The perk of buying a land pack, besides the obvious resource income from taxes that every 30 players that are automatically assigned to your land are paying, is that you get a set of uncommon/rare/epic tools (mines) with each corresponding land. (e.g. Epic land gets one of each rare tools). This mechanism is great, but obviously means less scarcity until pre-defined limits are reached. That's why for short term gains only viable options could be a land pack! This path should only be followed if you truly believe in the future of the game AND you actually the genre and planning to play the game yourself. When the game hit 270/270 players I was just one click away from purchasing the uncommon land pack for the passive income aspect and long term project goal. But because I know I won't have time to play myself I didn't buy. Anyway, those who bought and keep buying (now we're at almost 450 players - so it means 5 new lands and sets of tools since then) to to get at least some profit by selling those items for cheap. Which brings me to the conlcusion of my post: The 200 wax that I paid for an "AXE" NFT in the game isn't even being sold for 90 wax now, because simply the volume is soo tiny. And I didn't buy it for a quick flip. I bought to have a bet if the game explodes (it's planned to be advertised once it's out of alpha) p.s. sorry for the wall of text. again, i'm too lazy to make an article, but typing here feels easier
