**CAREER CHOICE**
Many young adults find it difficult to choose a particular job that they can do very well, Many because of confusion end up working in multiple places and end up getting fired or whining a lot and end up quitting.
This inability to choose a particular career makes them unable to decide if they are to be arts students or science students, They end up making the wrong choice of course and later end up with a career that is not meant for them which will in the end make them never to love their jobs.
**TRAUMA AND DEPRESSION**
Many young adults end up being depressed when they find out that their school mates are making it big in the world and going to places and they themselves are still chasing shadows and are unable to achieve their goals.
**STRESS**
As a person moves to adulthood they may experience stress the first time, Many seem to find it difficult to accept the fact that they are now adults and will always struggle to make choices as adults.
They may also have increased stress on them because of daily life demands.
**RELATIONSHIP OR** **INTIMACY**
Many young adults back in their teenage years struggled with relationships ,for examples the guys, Many of them struggled with having the courage to ask a girl out on a date and when they become adults they end up struggling with it too.
**FUTURE PLANS**
Many young struggle with planning for their future ,some who are working don't have a set out plan on how their future will be they just wake up every morning and go to work without a vision of their future in mind.

Dangers of laptops: Laptop radiation
Since i published **cell phones can cause cancer** article due to the frequency radiation some people are curious and have been asking are laptops a risk to the users, can they as well cause cancer,should we stay away from them for a while.
Well yes laptops emit radio frequency radiation as well and have been declared by **WHO** as one of the significant sources of Emf (electromagnetic field radiation).
Just like all other wireless devices connected to wifi laptops also use radio wave frequency. The **international agency for research on cancer** a body of World health organization (WHO) had on 2011 stated the radio frequency is **"possibly carcinogenic to humans"**.
Among other wireless devices laptops are also one of the highest sources of Emf because their underside releases a massive amount of Emf energy at high frequency.
Since laptop PCs are mainly used on our lab it's underside emits 40 - 100 milligauss Emf which is 40x to 100x greater than than standard Emf exposure.
This amount of EMF exposure to a particular part of the body makes it more hazardous.
Consider the fact that EMF under a high tension power line which has been proven to increase the number of leukemia is in the range of 10-70 MilliGauss. But a laptop can emit as higher as 100 millGauss which is a danger to us.
Using a laptop on the lap concentrates this EMF energy on our lower abdominal area putting our reproductive organs at risk in both male and female.
According to international institute for population sciences on 2010 Mumbai conducted a research that close to 27.5 million couples were diagnosed with infertility and the numbers are increasing due to prolonged hours of using a laptop on the lap.
The EMF frequency from a laptop can cause low sperm count or more inactive or less mobile sperm leading to infertility.
In females the EMF can cause harm to the foetus development which can be seen in the post-birth of the child.
So please to be on a safer side i advice that you buy **laptop radiation shield** or you disconnect from the internet and wifi anytime you want to use it on your lap because the EMF radiation is always at lower frequency when not connected to any wireless network than when connected.
And another thing is to keep it on your desk anytime you want to work with it connected to the internet amd wifi, It is much safer than using with radiation shields because it is far away from your body which means the EMF radiation to disperse instead of being absorbed by your body.

How cosmetics and perfumes started
The first use of cosmetics and perfumes can be traced back in Egypt.
Cosmetics and perfumes were discovered in Egypt when archeologists became fascinated about other things that a country that was the birth place of science and technology had that has not been discovered.
So they started searching and excavating because Egypt is a desert country, so over the years many of their historical sites had been covered with sand dunes,places like the valley of kings.
The valley of kings is a place where Egyptian kings called pharaohs were buried.
The Egyptians believing that their kings were gods buried their kings with treasures,yes the best treasures the kingdom could offer.because Egyptians believed that for someone to move to the afterlife that person has to pay his or her way with treasures so the buried the kings with treasures and the best ones to help their kings buy their way to the afterlife.
But the Egyptians didn't just bury their kings with treasures ,they also buried them with makeup kits and canisters and perfumes.
These canisters, kits and perfume jars were discovered by archeologists when they successful escalated their way to the King's tombs and discovered that there were makeup kits and canisters and perfume jars along side with treasures in the tombs.
Many Egyptian tombs contained makeup canisters and kits and perfumes jars.
The Egyptians made their makeup kits with the local things around them.
They grounded them and mixed some of the with animal fat for it to be easily applied. Some of these cosmetics like their lipsticks that got it's hue from ground Carmine Beatles and some women made their lipstick from mixing clay with water.
The Egyptians loved to pain their eyes so they used black and green paints to decorate the area around their eyes.
The black eye paint came from powered galena a type of crystal rock, this galena is what we call **kohl**.
This **kohl** was applied all around their eyes,this kohl was made from a mixture of lead,metal,copper, ash and burnt almonds.they believed this kohl was able to Ward off evil eyes and dangerous spirits.
The green eye paint was made from malachite powder it is a type of emerald coloured mineral.they powder it and mix it with ointment from animal fat and then apply it to their eyes using their finger or piece of bone or wood.
The Egyptians believed that one has to look good to be favoured by their gods, so because this men also applied makeup alongside with the women and also Egyptian pharaohs applied makeup.
The Egyptians used kohl as eyeliner and malachite as eye shadow.
**PERFUMES**
Because there were alot of scented flowers along the river nile the Egyptians also created alot of perfume.
They would distill these flowers with oils and fats to extract the scent by a method called **enfleurage.**
They would soak the roots,flowers or resins in fats then after sometime they will have lumps of scented creams or pomades.
Another process was by heating these flowers and their roots in a heated oil and then seiving it and shaping it then allowed it to cool.
The Egyptians also applied full body paints, full body paints that were based on chalk and white lead pigment were used by nobles to showcase their pale skin and sign of aristocracy and position.
So you have all seen the birth place of the perfumes and cosmetics we use today. The ancient civilization of Egyptians contributed alot to our modern day civilization and i believe there is more to be discovered .

Elijah's return or reincarnation
Yes Christians Prophet Elijah after going to heaven with his body and soul in **2** **kings 2:11** came back as John the Baptist.
The bible spoke of Elijah being sent ahead of the great and terrible day,which are the last days in **malachi 4:5.**
He came back to earth to be the forerunner of Jesus because the bible has it written that there has never been a prophet more powerful than him **Matthew 11:11-14.**
That was the sole reason why he went to heaven alive for the task ahead.

The effect of digital screens to our eyes
There are reasons to reduce the amount of time we spend in front of digital screens,yes digital screens can hurt our eyes and most of the time we don't notice it.
Like for example
1. Staring at a digital screen at night can stimulate the brain to think that its still day light which can make it difficult to fall asleep at night.
Yes the blue light from the screen when absorbed by our eyes at night is then sent to the brain and it's interpreted as day time because the sun has blue light which our eyes sees throughout the day that makes the brain know that it is day time but when the sun sets the brain stops to receive this blue light energy which makes our body to release the sleep hormone which makes us sleep.
2. Sitting in front of a digital display can cause **digital eye strain, Digital eye strain** can also be called computer vision syndrome is the feeling of discomfort or pain in the eyes,this condition can cause dry eyes ,headaches and blurry vision
3. **Damaged retina**
Studies shows that continues exposure to digital screens will cause over exposure to blue light which is released by digital screens which can cause retinal cell damage which can cause vision problems like age related macular degeneration, which is in fact blindness.
So please it is imperative that we reduce the time we spend in front of digital screens so we don't hurt our eyes.

Gevin Andresen is a developer of 3D graphics and virtual reality software and later in 2010 became involved with developing bitcoin products ,he later became the lead developer of the reference implementation for the bitcoin client software appointed by Nakamoto.Gevin Andresen founded the bitcoin foundation in 2012 to support the development of bitcoin currency.
Bitcoin is now a digital currency without a central bank or single administrator that be sent from one user to another on the peer to peer bitcoin network without the need of intermediaries.transactions are verified by network nodes through cryptography and recorded in the distributed ledger called blockchain.
Bitcoin can be used to exchange for other currencies,products and services.

Cell phones can cause cancer
Yes our cell phones can cause cancer ,studies have proven that our cell phone(cellular phones) emits radio frequency radiation from their antennas which are then absorbed by the parts of our bodys near to it.
The number of cell phone users has increased in recent times thereby increasing the number of people being exposed to this radiation.
Radio frequency is a form of electromagnetic radiation, the amount of the absorbed energy is estimated using a measure called **SAR** ( specific abortion rate) expressed in watt per kilos of body weight.
Studies have shown that this radio frequency is an ionizing radiation which poses risk of cancer to we humans just as xrays which uses the same radio frequency.
Micro wave ovens do use this same radio frequency to heat up food and studies have shown that parts of our body near to a cell phone might be experiencing the same which is a danger to our health.
So please it will be in our best interest not to use this gadget for long to avoid over exposure to this radiation remember to give your body time to regenerate so you don't end up in the hospital.

Have you ever asked yourself the reason why people's prayers get answered somehow.
Yes it is because there is a God that made all things he said that i will be with us till the end of the world ,he is the one seeing us through in all that we do,he knows without him we can do nothing **John 15:5** That is why he is always there for us in our good times and bad times.
The problem is that many of us just choose to ignore him and live like there is no God which is wrong,many think that their success in life was because of their hustle and hardwork but i tell you today that "*it's not he that willet nor he that runnet but the lord that showeth mercy* **Romans 9:16.**
Many were Lucky to miss alot of accidents and dangers and they think it just happened that they just got lucky no my dear it didn't just happen someone saved you, if not some people in that the same situation died.
Some people end up the hospital and recover and are able to go back to their families and they think it just happened because they are fit ,no my dear it didn't just happen someone made it possible for you if not a lot of people way younger and fit than you came to the hospital and died.luck doesn't just fly around luck is given by God who is a supreme being.
So brethren let us always bear in mind that there is a super natural being at there that is taking good care of us and is there for us always.

Being a kid is more fun than being an adult
You know when we were little we pray so hard to grow up fast and become adults because an adult life has no restrictions on like a childhood life,we wanted to be free to make our own decisions,date who ever we wanted,be able to go to places we dream of,and go to clubs do crazy stuff like getting a tattoo without having our parents shouting as us as if we are still kids, just do anything we want without having anyone to look down on us as minors.
But believe you me when you grow up you finally find out how complicated an adult life is ,yeah is very complicated in as much as the fact that we can do anything we wanted that at some point it will still suck and will want become kids again even for second when we didn't need to worry about things like
Getting a job
Dating
Stress because of daily demands
Uncertainty of one's future
**GETTING A JOB**
Trust me many young adult struggle with the right kind of job for themselves when they become adults ,you know getting a job as an adult who has daily demands to meet up with is not the same as an after school job,especially when you are staying on your own ,you have to make sure you have electric appliances , you will need to feed ,you will worry about clothing, light bills and so on..
And many find it difficult to get the right working environment ,every time they get bored working in particular place or they don't fit in or they can't cope with the demands of the work or they don't give the work their best and end up getting fired i mean it is one of the most powerful challenge for young adults.
**DATING**
Another thing is dating ,yes dating it sucks most times especially when you love the person and the person doesn't love you back or when you start losing bonds with the person you plan to spend the rest of you life with or the person doesn't care about your feelings they only care about themselves and what they are getting in the relationship not caring what you want, trust me at some point you will give up you will want to close your eyes and everything will just go away trust me i have been there.
**STRESS ABOUT DAILY DEMANDS**
Yes daily demands trust me when i say it's a must that you meet up with your daily target if not your future is at stake
Remember time waits for no one and time is money ,many adults struggle with daily demands for example they have their bills to cover and the same time they have to visit home and see their younger ones find out what they need help plan for their future find out what is lacking ,bond with them as their big brothers or big sisters, pay some bills that mom and dad are unable to meet up with and also worry about their own work and issues ,it is not easy at all.
**UNCERTAINTY of ONE'S FUTURE**
Many adults don't know how their future will be and many don't know how to plan for it ,yes it is a big problem with adulthood, many don't know where to start planning for their future they don't know what to do ,all they know is that they want to be comfortable but they don't know how to go about it.
But when we were kids we didn't need to worry about all these things though we had limited freedom but it was worth it ,we didn't need to worry of what to eat tomorrow or what we are going to do to get money for this or for that .
All we knew was that our parents are there with us to provide those things we needed we didn't have to worry sick or stress ourselves about our future all we knew was to make sure we get good grades in school .
We always thought to ourselves that as far as our parents are with us and we get good grades in school what can happen.
When we were kids our parents would take us to the park and get us ice cream ,candy,chocolate wow we would play with our friends and and on Halloween free candies we will go to our friends house, trust me it was fun and we never needed to bother ourselves for anything we just had to get good grades in school ,pray for our parents and have fun.
So trust me when i say childhood is a worry free life.

Remember when they say that man's best friend are dogs.no people i disagree man's best friend are not dogs but women.
I know dogs are loyal and friendly especially when you bond with the dog,but woman are more loyal,friendly and loving you just need to find the woman for yourself.
In the garden of Eden Adam had all the animals as his friends including dogs but even at that he still felt lonely because he didn't have an opposite sex of his own kind around so God made Eve for him because God knew that Adam needed an opposite sex as a companion if not he would have just created another male in the garden of Eden to be Adam's companion , but God knew that if he had created another male to stay with Adam,Adam would still be lonely ,but he made a woman to be Adam's companion.
Woman were created to love and care for a man ,i know most of you will say not every woman knows how to love and care for a man but i quote you wrong , they say and i quote "**there is a woman meant for every man and a man for every woman**" you have to find that woman meant for you not another man's woman , yes because you guys will never be soul mates even if the relationship started with a great spark.
Women who are hard tend to be soft with the man the love and care for , yes she will adjust her character to make you comfortable around her ,she will be after your happiness and not her priorities ,but that will only happen if you guys are soulmates or else the relationship is doomed to fell .

Being a child of God
Being a child of God doesn't just mean going to church on sunday or just having Christianity as a religion, it is about imitating the life of Christ Jesus and showing the people around you that you though you in this world but you are not of the world.
Being a child of God means having a forgiving heart even in the worst case senerio remember that the non believers don't really believe in forgiveness they believe that forgiveness has a limit but a genuine child of God knows that for the fact that christ could come down to earth and die for we humans even though he had the power to summon the league of angels to fight for him or use his Godly power to inflict afflictions on those that wanted to harm him but he didn't do it rather he prayed for them and forgave all those that turned against him ,this alone is enough reason for a genuine child of God to forgive even in the worst conditions.
Being a child of God means having the heart to share with your neighbor even when you don't have enough for yourself and also giving from the bottom of your heart not giving as if you are compelled to give but giving without looking for a reward or to show off.
Being a child of God doesn't just mean being able to call the name of Jesus in prayers but living up to that name ,everyone knew Jesus as a good guy no matter what he never broke nor did he give in to the devil .
Being a child if God means making the people around you know your stand which is in christ Jesus and not a push over , some who claim to be a children of God just have it as a title nothing more and are easily pushed over if things tend to be a hot which is very bad.
So my beloved in christ Jesus, being a child of God is not a title rather a life style and must be lived well, God bless us all.

The compass is an important tool in navigation ,it helps in the detection of magnetic north which is helps in map orientation .
**THE GUNPOWDER**
The gunpowder is a weapon of destruction ,more effective than melee weapons, the first bombs in man's history were made with gunpowder compressed in a cut out bamboo , the gunpowder is used to force out the projectile in a bullet that which makes guns a more effective than the use of arrows,machete,spikes as an offensive or defensive tool.
**PAPER MAKING**
paper making has played a major role in our lives ,the use of papers have put a stop to the use of leaves to wrappe gifts,it has put a stop to the use of leaves as toilet papers, paper making has made it possible to have a means of information distribution because papers are much better to write down information than on woods and leaves.
**PAPER PRINTING**
Paper printing has made it possible to create machines for the printing of informations on papers which has also created employment opportunities .
**THE USE OF CASH**
The use of cash started in China, back then the use cutout papers , write numbers on them then stamp the emperor's seal on it
It is a legal tender used in place of coins which were heavy to carry around ,the use of cash has reduced the burden of coins which comes with rusting and heaviness .
God's love
The Lord loves us all more than we can ever imagine just as the Bible has it written that for God so love the world that he gave his only begotten son so that anyone who believes in him will not perish but have everlasting life **John 3:16**
God is so loving that he made sure that out of all his creation that we human beings are the only ones that are made in his own image and likeness, man's purpose on earth is not just to eat,sleep and work but to also represent God here on earth because we are God's representatives , it pains God whenever he sees us humans killing each other over earthly things ,spilling each others blood for nothing ,**yes nothing** because there is nothing on earth that is greater than God's purpose and plans for man so anything that makes us go contrary to the will of God is nonsense remember that even the Bible has it written that that on the judgment day that nothing is excusable nothing we will say that made us to go contrary to God's laws wil be seen as an excuse .
So my brethren let us focus on our lords purpose for us here on earth and leave all this vanities, remember they were here before we were born so will they be here when we go ,so no need for us to kill each other over worldly possessions because we came into the world with nothing so shall we leave the world with nothing.
My mom my best friend
Trust me when i say my mom is my best friend.
The name of my mom is mrs.immaculata John she was born in accra ghana ,she schooled and grew up with her mom because she lost her father when she was three ,my mom later lost her mom and then became an orphan ,she married at the year of fifteen because she had no one to care for her , mom had to grow up with many strange families who didn't care for her but turned her in to a slave ,mom had to go through all that but when she got married things turned around for her because she at least had a family of her own.
My mom gave birth to eight children and lost one of them because of headship it was an extremely painful experience for her and us all but ThankGod a bit of smile is on her face because all of us that she has left are still alive.
Mom thought me a lot of positive things including how to take care of my sisters because the training of how to love a wife starts with a man's sisters ,mom would make sure that any time she got me gifts I must and must share those gifts with my sisters so that in future i will be able to take care of my sisters and my wife too
My mom donated blood to me when i was little because i fell really ill and it drained my blood down to 25 percent, mom had to do it for me even though she was not physically fit and despite the doctor's warning she did it to save her child because she could not go through the pain of losing a child again.
Mom would stay in the hospital all the day every week for me and would not eat or else i have eaten , my mom didn't really focus on her studies much because of the fact that she had to run alot of errands for the families she was staying with but she did her best in schooling me and she thought me all the she could.
My mom is the best cooker in the world not just that she can Cook our local meals but she can cooking anything she taste with her tongue , like seriously i don't know her she does that but she can mention the ingredients used to prepare a meal and tell you how to get the same result just by tasting and observing the aroma of the food .
My mom thought me how to pray because according to her prayers answers all things, she would always say that during her hard times ,it was prayer that she used to get through so i learned to always followe in mom's foot steps and guidance because she has seen alot of things about life and knows how hellish life can be especially when you are on your own in this world.
I love my mom with all my heart and i pray to make her proud of me in this world and I thank the lord for giving me to her and for making her my mother

God answers prayers
It is witten in the book of **John** **14:13** That whatever you ask in my name i will do it
God is ready to answer our prayers the problem with we Christians is that we lack faith you know the bible tells us that even if our is as small as a mustard seed that it can move mountains in **Matthew 13:31–32** So my brethren if you pray and it is not answered bear it in mind that you made that prayer without faith because God is not man that goes back on his words.
Another thing that can block our prayers to God are the principalities and powers remember that satan was cast down to earth with his cohorts many of those fallen angels are put in charge of countries,states,regions on earth every particular area of land on earth has a demon in charge of that very place ,the demons job is to be monitoring and manipulating things to their own benefits and the destruction of man now these demons are grouped as powers and principalities they make sure the hijack peoples prayers just like in the book of **Daniel 10:13** The demon in charge of the atmospheric dominion of Daniel's region was busy hijacking Daniels prayers but Daniel never stopped praying he continued because he knew that something will surely happen because God's hands are not shortened to save just like the book of **isaiah** **59:1** told us.
So my brethren whenever you are praying and not getting results it could be that the princes and principalities are hijacking your prayers but don't give up continue praying until something happens because God is seeing you and will answer you because you are an image of him on earth and that makes you a God also.

Hello friends my name is Justin John well i used Justy21 as my read.cash user name because Justy is my nickname and i am 21 years old i live in accra ghana with my family , we are ten in number including my mom and dad and i am the second son of my family and the sixth child.
Trust me when i say it is not easy to be a second son because i have a lot of responsibilities in my family, yes when i say responsibilities i mean responsibilies like i have had to combine a lot of hardwork with my studies and family money issues ,i have had to do alot of odd jobs for people to get paid.

I am a science student who loves physics i usually bring out five hours to study my physics text books every day because i want to be an automobile engineer in the future , i also have computer engineering as a talent because when it comes to computer i can fix minor and some major damages just by observing the problem of the computer.
Well going into computer software i developed my ability to understand how software bugs behaves by paying a lot of attention to my first Mobile phone a nokia phone , trust me when i say that engaging myself in fixing anything technology has put an inner joy and happiness in my life i love fixing damaged technologies even if it fails to work i give it my best until something postive happens.
I know am from a poor family but i know with my talent i believe i will make it big in the world
