Yearly Gift
"NO BETTER GIFT CAN COMPARES TO A NEW LIFE THAT GOD HAS GIVEN TO HIS PEOPLE!"
Another year has come to celebrate the birth of one of His people He loved and cared for unending days. It is like a new morning where sun has set from its deep sleep of night, and then blooms a new day filled with smile and happiness she had always praying for.
Description of Her
Let me share with you my sister-in-Christ whom I called her as "Kat" short for Katlyn. She's not perfect, I should first describe her, 'cauze no one is perfect in this world.
She is short, having a normal weight-not to slim neither too fat.
She admires to have a clear and glassy skin and she loves K-Drama a lot.
I would not say bad regarding her intellectual capability because she is smart and can comprehend easily.
Her Wish
And now, it is her special day. She had just celebrated her 19th birthday with us. Even with only a little of food we prepared, her smile can't deny how thankful she is to God. She wished not for her own, but for all the people to see the love of God and to follow God no matter what will happen.
Ending
"SHE IS A LIVING TESTIMONY OF HOW LOVING OUR GOD IS!"

Depression, Anhedonia Suicide and Everything in between
It's actually challenging to ascertain a person who has a mental illness such as depression and anxiety. A mental illness entails a wide range of signs and symptoms that differs for each individual who suffers from such disorders.
Depression, for one, does not really have that specific face. It is intricate for a person to have fully unobscured someone who has a depression for it can be present to a person who creates beautiful crafts, to a person who, every morning, gives you smile, to a person who's on top of the class and even to a person who rarely cries and to a person who everyone comes to for comfort and advice.
Scientifically speaking, depression is when cells and networks of neurons in our brain deteriorate particularly in the hippocampus which holds the seat for forming new memories, learning, and emotions. What happened is that smaller hippocampus are evident in people who have depression rather than those who don't have it. With this thought, it is concluded that those who are depressed tend to have difficulties in brain cell growth, nerve cell connections, and the functions of nerve circuits which results in obstruction of memories, alteration of moods, getting sad for no apparent reason and even having the inability to feel pleasure in everything.
People with depression tend to likely suffer from anhedonia which is said to be the incapability of a person to feel joy. It hinders the person to find happiness from doing things that once make them happy and excited. Can you imagine having difficulty in performing an activity like painting or dancing when in fact you were so great at it before?
There's a fine line between feeling sad and being depressed. There are misconceptions about depression being described as "just feeling sad". ***Sadness*** is when you feel down or disappointed for a short period of time while being ***depressed*** could entail a symptom of being sad for a long period of time and having the inability to get out of that negative emotion. Depression could lead to suicide. In fact, 6 out of 10 who suffer from depression tend to be suicidal, 60 % of people who commit suicide suffers from a major depressive disorder.
So to speak, it'll be really great if not all, a lot of people could understand that each and every one they meet can be going through something they know little or even nothing about. So we ought to be kind; to always put that in mind. It would be very reasonable for everybody to know that the words and action we deliver does not have the same effect or weight to the person we deliver it to. It may just be a joke to you but it could ruin someone's day or even life. It may just be a little value to you but it could be a great gift to someone. That is why it'd be really essential for everybody to be responsible for their actions to anyone and to sincerely learn to deploy compassion, sympathy, and understanding as much as we can because it's what the world and the people in it need.
