Imaginary life of Julsijuls: Ep. 009 "Successful failed date." Back when I was younger, maybe when I was 17, I met a guy at a school competition who drew portraits of people. He uses blue inked scribbles, and he told me his professor gave him a 97 as his highest mark. I thought it was unfair. He was impressive, I told him that and he thanked me. It was a rainy morning, I was whispering but he heard me even if the sound of the rain on the roof was louder than my voice. It was probably that, and his scribbles, and the way he smiles and nods, that made me agree to meet him. On a Sunday, behind the biggest community college. It was fine. But then it was not. I backed out last minute. But I still come back to that place where he told me to meet him. I bring a sketchpad everyday just in case I'll catch him there. He said it was his favourite place. Or maybe he was lying. Because who never visits their favorite place? I always see people, but never him. Image from https://pin.it/1yDX8Vp #ImaginarylifeofJulsijuls #writing #fiction #prose
