CINDERELLA'S RIDE! So, just like the title, we call squashes like this as 'Cinderella's Ride.' Dad bought this last Thursday and it's just now that I'm gonna cut this up for my breakfast tomorrow. We no longer have potatoes and so I decided to have this instead. It's also less starchy so I think this is good :> I also wanna share this with one guy whom I forgot the name! He finally harvested his squash and posted here 😂
