It's the first day of the month! Our university is currently hosting an annual program called the LAMPARAAN. They will be lighting up lanterns which will be displayed in our school for the rest of the year. I didn't want to come, but we were required by our teachers to come so here I am. I hope lotsa people will dance so my time here will be worth it!

So now, I think we deserve a rest. But, my room is not in its best state, so I shouldn't spend the whole day just laying around. I should also clean, and then rest and watch some shows again. The lonely looking egg. I should've posted this am hour ago, but I wasn't able to because I got distracted when hot oil got into my cheek. The oil wasn't bubbling seconds before I took the photo, but then it decided to pop a bubble and hit my cheek. Sigh. Well anyway, I just wanted to say I was cooking and had egg for breakfast. Hello everyone good evening! I just got home from school and guess what i've been doing this afternoon? I've been walking around the mall looking for cute plushies, and then i found this big yellow fluffy chicken. I wish i could get one for myself, but it costs 800 peso. Even though i want to buy it, i cannot make myself to get this cute plushie because spending 800 pesos for this thing only seems like a waste to me. It's sad 😭

Strawberries and my favorite perfume! Something very good happened to me~ I found my favourite perfume back in the shelf after a month of it being out of stock, and I also got myself a small pack of strawberries! The price of this two was pricy, but it doesn't matter because I finally have them! I waited for a month for the perfume and 2 months for the strawberries. Definitely worth it!

Still at school at the moment. We arrived at 10 am, which is 2 hours late compared to our original schedule, and plan to leave at 5 pm. Cleaning my gallery and stumbled upon these photos of snacks I took. I have the eggpie here, the cupcake, and the sugared cheeseroll. All of these were taken at different times and during different themes of my day. Among these three, my fave is the eggpie because it was my first ever bite of it after months of craving. Hehe. Holiday break already started at our school, and because of that, canteens and other small stores no longer opened for this week. Most students in our school are senior highschools, and only a few college classes are happening on site, so it's only fair if they no longer open. I still have the movie ticket stubs from my date with my friend. I found this in the small pocket of my bag, and I'm super glad I kept this with me because I can put this in my journal. There is no denying that one piece is one of the best shows I have ever watched. There are only a few shows that affected me in the long run, and one piece is one of them even if it's not even done yet! So much had happened and lots more to unravel in the coming years, which means I'll get to spend more time admiring this series. Hehe. Some may not like it, but to me it's very nice! My gallery used to have 1000+ screenshots, mostly those of photos I wouldn't need anymore which I already deleted, so now I am down to 400+. There are still more photos to delete, but seeing the progress makes me happy :)

I did so much cleaning today. First, i deleted pictures from my gallery. Next, I deleted emails and unsubscribed from different mails so spam messages will stop coming. And then, I deleted unnecessary Twitter accounts. I used to have 8 and they're all for different purposes; for one piece, BTS, books and literature, and other more. Now I am down to 4. What do I think of 2023? I think, the new year is like a new country I will visit and a country I do not know of. I'll have to navigate my way around and get used to it so I won't get lost. The Lord will be with me, so I'm not scared. There's just a little nervousness in me that I might do something bad again. But let's hope and pray that 2023 will go smoother than this year. I am thinking of downloading books in french and German so I can study those new languages faster, also applying my interests in my learning could be effective since I enjoy reading fiction. A challenge for myself for the new year is to read all the books and ebooks I haven't read yet. I won't buy a new one or download new batches until I get to read a lot. I think this will be fine, but knowing me and my trigger happy thumbs, I might download new ones without even noticing 😭

I read that making a mood board for the new year will help you and inspire you to have a good year ahead. It is said that mood boards will make you visualize the kind of year you want to have.
