Bought a kilo of mango last weekend, I usually buy the not so ripe mangoes so that it will last for a few days. Yesterday, a vendor drop by our place, She was carrying a basketful of ripe mangoes and grapes on her head. Just to slightly lighten her load I bought 2 kilos of mango and a kilo of grapes. 🥭🍇 I now have plenty of ripe mangoes. To prevent them from over riping, we made again Graham Mango Ice Cream cake for desserts. Wanna try some? 😋
