Is Paid to Click way of earning is a good way to earn ?

Now days there are many Apps website's are present which pay you on Paid-to-Click basis. If we observe carefully we can easily see that on an average we get $ 0.001 per click or even less than $ 0.001 per click and for that we spend approximately 30 seconds. Most of the Apps and website pay after reaching a minimum withdrawal limit. We can take $ 5.00 . To earn $ 5.00 we have to spend approximately 2500 minutes . Is $ 5.00 for 2500 minutes. There are many Apps and websites present which are totally scam and if we add that time which we spend on scam apps and websites then what ? Kindly give your valuable suggestions.
