Delicious Venezuelan Patties!🥐😋😋 Greetings friends of Read.Cash, your friend Jossy greets you, I hope you are wonderfully well😊. I tell you that last Saturday 04/02/2022, I made a sale of Empanadas via Delivery. As some know of my current situation, I am still resting at home. However, I try to produce something as soon as possible. Maybe you can ask yourself what is an Empanada? The empanada or patties, is a dough filled with meat, vegetables or fruit, baked or fried in oil or fat. Its name comes from the Castilian empanar, whose first meaning is "to enclose something in dough or bread to cook it in the oven". Its origin dates back to the custom of filling bread with meats or vegetables, which shepherds and travelers took to eat in the fields. Over time, the bread dough was cooked together with its filling and, later, other doughs were made to wrap the filling. This type of preparation gave rise to dishes such as Italian calzones, Galician empanadas and British Cornish pasties; Perhaps in a similar way, the Tunisian briks, the Turkish börek, and the Arab sfihas and fatayers arose. Since we have the idea of what Las Empadas are, I continue to tell you that in my case, I prepared Venezuelan Empanadas. What is the difference between them? In that these are made from corn flour.🌽 For this I used the following ingredients: Stuffed: 1kg skinless chicken breast. 650gm of Meat to shred. 1 medium onion. 1 medium tomato. 1/2 pepper. 10gr of Coriander. 1k of Grated Carrot. 5 cloves of garlic. 10g of seasoning. 14g of chicken broth. 2 tablespoon of olive oil. 80gm of tomato puree. 1 spoon of sugar. Salt, cumin and pepper to taste. We wash the chicken and meat well, place to boil separately for 50 minutes, with ¼ onion each and a piece of pepper. After 50 minutes, we wait for it to cool down a bit so that we can manipulate it to fray both meats. In the blender place the onion, tomato, pepper, coriander, seasoning, chicken broth, salt, cumin and pepper to taste and the tablespoon of sugar. Blend until everything is integrated. In two separate pots we will place equal parts of the crushed or grated garlic, (in my case I grated it) in the pots, with a little olive oil, take care that the garlic does not burn, and pour our mixture in equal parts to each of the pots, we add the tomato puree 40gm in one pot and 40gm in the other. Once our mixture is cooked, which will take approximately 5 to 8 minutes, add the grated carrot in equal parts, add the broth from the boiled chicken and meat, as appropriate, and let it boil for another 5 minutes, after this time, add the meat and the previously frayed chicken. For the mass: 2k of Corn Flour. 1½ Liter of water. 250gm of blonde sugar. 2 tablespoons of Salt. In a bowl add the water, sugar and salt, let stand for approximately 30 minutes so that the sugar and salt dissolve. After this time has elapsed, add the flour, and let it hydrate, stirring with our hand, to avoid lumps, little by little we add the other kilo of flour until we have a firm dough. Now yes, to assemble our empanadas! We will take some clean transparent bags, we will wet them a little with water and oil to prevent our dough from sticking, we will take a ball and press it until it forms a thin layer. We will place the filling, we will fold carefully and with a small plastic or aluminum bowl we will give it a crescent shape. We will continue to fry in abundant oil for approximately 5 minutes or until golden. You can accompany it with the creams that you like the most, in my case or in Venezuela we mostly accompany them with "Guasacaca" a mayonnaise based on avocado, onion, garlic, pepper, coriander, egg, oil, salt and pepper to taste. For the cream or Mayonnaise "Guasacaca": 2 eggs. 1 piece of pepper. 5 cloves of grated garlic. 1 piece of onion. Cilantro to taste. 1/2 Avocado. Salt and pepper to taste. Preparation: In the blender we add the eggs, the pepper, onion, garlic, coriander, salt and pepper, once we start to blend we add the avocado and finally we continue with the oil in the form of a thread until the mixture is homogeneous, if not, you can optionally add a piece of parboiled potato and that's it! I hope you liked the recipe, my clients loved it 😋 (As they say here in Peru, "Buenazo") I would like you to tell me what you thought of the recipe? Would you dare to prepare it? It is very easy, it may seem like a lot of work, in my case since it is for sale, yes, but at home the portions of everything are smaller. You can also prepare them with Cheese, Tuna, Ham, Ground Beef, even in Venezuela we usually prepare them whit "pabellon" a typical dish based on black beans. (In later articles I will be sharing that delicious recipe) fill them with what you like. Thanks for reading me, Blessings to all and a big hug!🙏🏻😊🤗🫂 Thanks to my sponsors whose names are on the sponsor panel! you can read, follow and know his blog. Blessings for all!🫂🤗🙏🏻🙏🏻

More Action than Motivation.! Greetings friends of Read.Cash, I hope you are wonderfully well. Your friend jossy greets you! A few weeks ago I found a very successful and interesting video on Youtube, where I talked about the motivations we have to achieve our goals. This video referred to the fact that sometimes suchs motivations is not enough, because, mostly we live fighting with our worst enemy, which is fear. These fears do not allow us to move towards the goals we want, we live thinking about whether to risk doing it or not, and we do not realize that the years pass and pass and we are still stuck in the same place. We don't give ourselves the opportunity to know if we will fail or succeed. And the truth is, we won't know if we don't try. Fear, on occasions, is not the only factor that stops us from going for what we want or perfecting our talent, well, it happens that sometimes it is our inconstancy and lack of dedication, we know that we are good at something, but, we do not act on it. In order to perfect and/or take advantage of those skills that we possess, we get excited for a moment in a project and since we don't see quick results, then we change the project over and over again and at the end of it all, we don't do anything. https://youtu.be/oQGIM_Zewwg I have met entrepreneurs who have talent for business, they have ideas, but they do not put them into practice, because they do not have the money that is needed, to start the business as they want and in the end they just get stuck in the ideas, they say : when I have this or that I will start the business. (I must confess that many times I was one of them.) While there are other people who do and start small, with things that of many people around may seem insignificant. I would like to share an example of a very special person for me. My father-in-law was a very talented man for business, when I met him he already had his business established, but he did not get it overnight, he had the opportunity to tell me that from a very young age he was very independent and hard-working, working in a bakery for some time, he tells me that one day he decided not to be anyone's employee anymore, so at home, he started selling 1 package of bread. It wasn't even 100 loaves, 1 package of bread, it contains 10 units in my city, his profit was reinvested, and he bought his second package of bread, and so on until he no longer sold only bread but also eggs among other other things. Later, in the main market of the city, he bought a small place, a kind of canvas kiosk, which over time he managed to turn into a store, where he also sold vegetables, honey, panela, food for pets, for birds, among others. All with effort and dedication, because he never had to ask for a loan from the bank or from anyone. And although he is no longer physically with us, he has left his legacy to his children (including me), grandchildren and wife, who, despite adversity, continues with his small business at home, perhaps not much financially speaking, but he can afford his expenses despite of the difficult and bad situation that our country is going through. If you take an orange and cut it in half, it would be easy to tell how many seeds are in it, but if you take an orange seed, can you tell how many oranges are in it? It would be difficult to determine, right? Because the seed has a potential that will only manifest itself after a process of sowing, cultivation and harvest. Insecurity also greatly influences our lives, what people can say about you Personally, many people have pointed out to me the talents that I have and say that I am wasting time. Until a few weeks ago, I risked uploading some short videos to youtube, I was very afraid of being criticized and not being accepted, but, I said to myself, what is the worst that can happen, that they criticize me for the poor quality of the video? ? that they don't like what I sing? So I did and have been thinking about doing it more often. I know overnight I won't be a great singer, but practice makes perfect, so I'm working on myself every day. A few days ago, I read a post by my friend @Unity https://read.cash/@Unity/kill-all-ifs-and-buts-070223d5 who wrote about the " If and But " very common items in our lives ; Reading it reminded me a lot of this video. We need more action than motivation, we need to understand that there are gifts and talents in us that we may not know are there. We need to start working on it. How much potential is there in you that you haven't developed yet? You will never know how much you can achieve, how high you can go if you haven't tried yet. You will only know as you develop it. Take action and let God take care of the rest. Thanks for reading me! A big hug and God bless you!🙏🏻🙏🏻🤗🤗🤗🫂 Thanks to my sponsors whose names are on the sponsor panel! you can read, follow and know his blog. Blessings for all!

Coincidence or Causality? Greetings friends of Read.Cash, I hope you are wonderfully well. As I told you in my previous post https://read.cash/@Jossy2992/my-experience-with-plaster-c10fb1ae my recovery process has been somewhat difficult, but, as I have always said, things happen for a reason, at first I thought that because the doctor said 4 weeks with the cast everything was going to be solved and that after that my life would continue as if nothing had happened, but the truth is that no. After 5 weeks, I decided to go for a check-up, since I said to myself that maybe in another week the bone would be completely healed. But, the truth is that it was different from what I expected, well, no bone callus had formed in the fracture and that discouraged me a bit. Above all, because the doctor removed the cast and said that I should continue as if I still had the cast on. That filled me with more fear, because if he just hit me again in the affected area, the fracture could be displaced. After seeing my foot, I felt even worse, it was very atrophied and inflamed, I really didn't feel it, I was very worried and I even thought that my foot was dead. I spent another month without doing any type of foot support, however, during this time, my physiotherapist recommended that I do magnetotherapy to reduce foot inflammation and help bone consolidation. With her help I also did some exercises from bed, since with all the immobilization time my hip was being affected as well. After this month I went to the medical control visit again, you could already see in the X-rays a bit of bone callus thank God, the doctor tells me that I have to little by little with the help of the crutches support the foot, fortunately The owner of the rented apartment where I live lent me some crutches, since I couldn't afford new ones. I started doing physiotherapy again, this time for rehabilitation on January 17, unfortunately, I only managed to do 4 sessions, because I no longer had a way to afford them. I try as much as possible to do them on my own at home, thanks to God and to the physiotherapist who explained a series of exercises to me and since then I try to practice them as best I can. And she also improvised a walker boot for me, to start putting my foot down again. I know I've already said it, but I really thought that, after removing the cast, everything would continue as normal as before the fracture, but what I thought would be for 1 month has been extended to more than 5 months. This has affected me both physically and emotionally, although I am not the first nor the last to suffer a fracture of this type, we are never prepared for an event of this type or similar, at least in my case, I have always said that we are not exempt from anything in this life. But, we are never prepared and we don't know how to react, at first I cried a lot, especially after the cast was removed. Many people I know have approached me in this time, and some of them, I have been asked questions like: why bad things happen to good people? and I answer them: that sometimes things happen to us not because we are good or Bad, God allows these processes to teach us something, to strengthen us, perhaps we don't understand it at that moment, but I definitely think that there are no coincidences but causalities. The word of God tells us about a very prosperous man, from whom everything he had was taken, that man was Job, known as the father of patience. This man was considered by God as a righteous and just man before Him. And even so, he went through that strong process, but, until the end, he remained firm in his faith. And that word strengthened me, I took refuge a lot and I have taken advantage of this time to practice singing, with a karaoke app. Music is Peace, on that I totally agree with my friend @Unity. And yes, there are times when humanly we can't do more, but it's normal, we don't know them all, there are times when circumstances overwhelm us, sometimes as if it's not going to happen, but I've learned that, just as the climate has different seasons, they all pass, I think I have already said it, although this is not my best season, I am sure that with the help of the Lord Almighty this too shall pass. I want to tell you that everything that happens to us in this life is an apprenticeship, we must take the good and discard the bad, for my part I have always characterized myself as being independent, I have always been ready to serve, thank God, but I had never been in the position of having them do things for me, of attending to me, that can sometimes make us feel pampered but, in my case, I have never liked being someone else's burden. I have never liked to depend on anyone. This process has taught me to depend more on God, and to realize that I am not self-sufficient, that there are times when we can be down, that there are times when we need care and it's okay, because we are not made of iron, to confirm that everything we sow at some point we will reap, I thank each of the people, who by the way, have been many who have helped me this season and above all thanks to our God for providing everything I have needed until now! I know this too shall pass!🙏🏻 Thank you for spending your valuable time reading my lines. A strong hug and God bless you!🤗🤗🙏🏻🙏🏻 Thanks to my sponsors whose names are on the sponsor panel! you can read, follow and know his blog. Blessings for all!🙏🏻🙏🏻😊

My Experience With Plaster. Greetings friends of ReadCash, your friend Joselin greets you, I hope you are wonderfully well. I know that many of you have already had the opportunity to read in my previous posts that I had an accident last year. And today I want to detail a little about my experience in these "involuntary vacations" (as I call them). The truth is that I had never experienced anything similar to this, except for the time I was sick with gastritis. I had never been immobilized in a cast or anything like that. Not even at the beginning of the pandemic was I at home for so long and even less without being able to do anything, I think that was the most boring thing of all at first. It all started on November 9, 2021. I had taken a bus at 5:20 am, as always to go to work, at 6:00 am I arrive at my usual stop to take another minibus, when I try to get on this last one I do not support my foot well, I slide and I hit the right side of my foot. At these moment I feel terrible pain, I try to get on the bus again since the bus did not start, I sit down and endure the pain, I do not complain or anything, until I get off at the work site, and my friend tells me: almost you fall. And I answer her: almost no, I slipped, she notices that I'm limping and suggests that I go back to the house, however I tell her that I'm fine that, only I stepped badly when slipping I go into the locker room, I change, I put on my safety boots, and I enter the work area, at that time we worked in a food products warehouse for supermarkets. After a few minutes of having admitted to the area, the pain got stronger and stronger until I told one of my co-workers to help me to talk to my supervisor, because I was can't stand the pain. At that moment he sees me, I can't even stand to speak, well, my tears fell from the pain. My supervisor asked me: if something happened to me there, and I honestly tell him no, and I explain what happened, he tells me that since it wasn't an accident at work, my company's accident insurance couldn't cover it, he gave me permission to retire and that's how it was. I sincerely prayed to God that it was nothing serious. I thought that maybe it was a sprain, I got home and I consulted a doctor friend, he tells me that with luck it is a third degree sprain, but that it could probably be a fracture. I seek a second opinion, I consult a physiotherapist with whom I treat my spinal pain, since also, i suffer from that. She think the same as the doctor. So i decided to go to a health center to rule out the possible diagnoses, when taking the corresponding X-rays, it was indeed a 5th metatarsal fracture. When the doctor diagnosed me, my reaction was to cry, because he said that I should have surgery and the operation at that time cost approximately $1,500. Obviously he didn't have that money or the way to get it, I earned $250 a month. I ask what other alternative do I have? And he tells me that he can place the cast to prevent the fracture from moving further, but that it does not ensure that it fits well. I felt really bad about it. He continued, put the cast on me and said that I must have it on until I have surgery or at least 1 month; Going up to the apartment where I am renting was quite difficult, since it is located on the 4th floor and there is no elevator, but, I managed to do it. The next day my friend went to another health center to consult another specialist, well, we were very worried about the operation, since the previous doctor said that the operation was necessary, but it was not to save money or anything for the style, I just didn't have the resources for that operation. The other specialist gave us hope, that with the cast I could recover and that encouraged me a little more. And so it was, I kept the plaster that the previous doctor had placed on me and he told me to go to a doctor's office, after 4 weeks. In order not to make this publication more extensive, I will continue to detail you more in subsequent articles. Thank you for your time and God bless you! My First Baked Turkey! Greetings friends of Read.Cash, your friend Jossy greets you, I hope you are wonderfully well😊. I tell you that in December of last year I was given a turkey coupon for Christmas, for the reasons that many of you already know I could not enjoy the benefit for those dates, however for this March 10 I decided to go and redeem my coupon to the supermarket. March 13 I decided to prepare it and I would like to share with you the recipe and my experience in preparing such a delicious dish. For this I used the following ingredients: 1 turkey 1 medium onion. 1 bell pepper 5 cloves of garlic. 1 medium carrot, diced. 1/2 cup of orange juice. 20g of seasoning. 14g of chicken broth. 2 tablespoons of white vinegar. 4 tablespoons of soy sauce. 1 tablespoon of olive oil. 1 spoon of sugar. 50ml of red wine. 250gm of olives. 20 gm of raisins. Salt and pepper to taste. We wash the turkey well, remove excess fat, place in a colander or dry with absorbent paper. We booked. In a pan with a tablespoon of olive oil, place the onion, the garlic cloves and the chopped pepper, (we will reserve a fresh piece of the latter) Saute until the onion crystallizes, let cool for a few minutes and then pour into the blender along with orange juice, vinegar, soy sauce, wine, seasoning, chicken broth, sugar, salt and pepper. We blend until everything is integrated. In a dish or tray we place our dry turkey and very carefully peel off the skin, without breaking, this will help our dressing to integrate well, since turkey meat is usually somewhat tasteless, very carefully we will open some small holes so that absorb all the dressing well. (You can also use a syringe) Then we will proceed to pour our dressing to the holes that we open in the turkey, and in them we introduce some raisins and olives, we separate a little of our mixture. In a bowl we place the carrot and the rest of the olives and raisins, add the mixture that we separated previously and proceed to stuff our turkey. (It is worth mentioning that this is optional, because you can add bacon or smoked pork chop as a filling, I'm sure it will be delicious!)😋 We will cut the piece of fresh pepper that we reserved in julienne strips and add it, we cover with aluminum foil and leave overnight in the refrigerator. The next day, we preheat the oven for 30 minutes at 250°, after this time has elapsed, we put the turkey covered with aluminum foil and cook at 180° for approximately 4 hours (this time may vary depending on our oven) we pierce our turkey , we verify that it is well cooked, we remove the aluminum foil and leave it in the oven until the skin is golden... 😋 and we already have our turkey ready! You can accompany it with whatever you like the most, in my case, I accompanied it with a little steamed vegetables (green beans, broccoli, carrot) since my doctor says that I should lose a little weight, and thus, I will also prevent that my foot it swell. I hope you liked the recipe that I shared with you today. To enjoy this dish I invited some neighbors, they have told me that they liked it a lot, and in my opinion, I think that for to be first time that I make this preparation, it turned out very well!😋 (As they say here in Peru, "Buenazo" ) I would really like you to tell me what do you think about recipe and what would you add to it? It would also be very special for me, if when you preparing it, you share your photo in the comments. Although it is the first time that I have made this preparation, I hope that it will not be the last and thus be able to continue experimenting, perhaps the next time I can use some of your suggestions. Blessings to all and a big hug!😊🤗 Thanks to my sponsors whose names are on the sponsor panel! you can read, follow and know his blog. Blessings for all!

The Music in me! Music has been in my life since I can remember, I couldn't say exactly when I started listening to music, my mother says that since I was in her womb, because she always stimulated me with music. The most alive memories I have about when I started singing was when I was in school, at the age of 9 approximately, my mother used to hold meetings on weekends to share with the family and sometimes with her co-workers. I remember that in our sound equipment we had connected a microphone and she sang, in her adolescence and youth she used to sing in musical groups, but she did not dedicate herself to music as such. I was learning the songs that she listened to and I sang them just like she did with the instrumentals tracks, at that time there was no karaoke or any other musical guide other than my ear, that's how I began to develop my musical ear. In one of the work meetings that my mother made, I took the microphone and started to sing, her classmates applauded and told me that I was doing well. That motivated me to practice and practice until one day for a Labor Day celebration at a club, I sang my first karaoke. So little by little I was taking much more interest, and I joined the high school choir, there I did my first audition for soloist, and I was selected along with two other boys; At that time we went to sing at several high schools, churches, invitations to local radio stations, the Mayor's Office of my City, among others. Little by little, with the experience that the cultural coordinator of the high school was taking, she suggested that I participate in a Singing Festival to represent the Voz Liceísta, an event where all the high schools in the city compete. I was encouraged, I participated twice, on both occasions I got second place, in the first I had to improve my performance, since I stayed in the same place, I did not interact with the public, and the second time I had already improved a lot, but , it was a cultural event and the song I sang was not in accordance with the contest, it was not the one I had chosen to sing, but the musician at that time for the rehearsals was a beginner and was not familiar with many songs. However, I really enjoyed these two experiences, especially the second because I connected a lot with the public, my performance that time was much better than the first, people sang with me and I really enjoyed that, I really felt very satisfied despite winning or to lose. My third experience was at a Christian Music Festival, and there were really good singers with a lot of technique, about 80 people from different churches participated and this time I came in 4th place after breaking the tie. It was a very good experience for me, being in the top 5 positions and not having musical studies. In my last festival also of the Church, although this was more private, that is, only members who belonged only to it, I was in 3rd place. Being in the top of the top 3 was also very rewarding for me, I was 20 years old at the time, and there I thought that if I was good without having studies, I think I would go far if I woud decided to take them, and so I did. In 2014 I enrolled in a music institute, it was 7 hours from my city, they were only intensive classes on Saturdays, I had to take a bus every Friday night, attend classes on Saturdays and at the end take a bus back home again, it was a bit of work every weekend for the whole semester but, it was well worth it. Unfortunately, I was unable to continue my studies, due to costs, both academically and for transportation and food. I have never liked to leave anything that I start halfway, however I was forced to do it, since I did not have the necessary resources to finish it. I had to finish my teaching career as well and since the university was located in the same city where I lived, it was more feasible to finish my university career first. As I have already said, on different occasions, music and cooking are my two passions, sometimes I think that the latter, more than the first, perhaps because it is the one I practice every day and is the one from which I have obtained the greatest benefit, since I have made sales of some of the dishes that I prepare, but, as for music, it is the area of my life in which I have invested financially, since I have never enrolled in a gastronomic institute or taken a course or something similar, but, with music I tried, and I even supported some friends as a backup singer in the recordings of their own songs and the truth is I hope at some point in my life I will have the opportunity to continue my musical studies and why not? maybe perfect the talent in the kitchen too! I enclose some videos, several of them I have recorded in this time of involuntary "vacation" (as I call them) at home. You may not understand the lyrics since they are in my mother tongue, but I still want to share them with you. A big hug and God bless you!🫂🙏🏻🤗🤗 https://youtu.be/ERXeMUtl9O4 https://youtu.be/VBkTaxk3Mqc Thanks to my sponsors whose names are on the sponsor panel! you can read, follow and know his blog. You put the Limits! Greetings friends of Read.Cash, I hope you are wonderfully well! As some of you have already had the opportunity to read in my previous article, I had an accident in November of Last Year, (2021). I have been at home for a long time and in the last check-up, the doctor says that I should wait 2 more months. This difficult moment has given me some very valuable life lessons, which I will share with you in future posts. Today I want to tell you that this Saturday, March 05 of the current year, I made a Pollada! For those who do not know, and perhaps are curious to know what a Pollada is? I will tell you that a Pollada is a very traditional food from Peru, and is part of one of the best known dishes within the diverse Peruvian cuisine, but, beyond that, it is a meal that is usually prepared to receive in return a profit that helps in a particular need, that is, it has become an almost cultural activity, where a person prepares this dish, which is sold to family, friends and other acquaintances, in favor of contributing to the need of those who carry out said pollada. As you know, I am a kitchen lover, although all my knowledge is empirical, I try to use it in my day to day in the best way. Well, cooking is something that, like singing, I enjoy very much, and here in Peru I have learned a lot about the culinary techniques that are part of the traditions and common life of its inhabitants, so let's remember that Peru has one of the most appetizing tables on an international level. This rich dish is made up of chicken, potatoes and salad. (You can accompany with rice if you want!) If you are curious to know its flavor, then I share the original recipe, as well as suggest some ingredients of my personal touch. To start, we cut the chicken into 4, that is, 2 thighs and 2 half breasts. We start by washing the chicken portions well, we proceed to season them, for this we must use: Minced garlic Ground yellow pepper Ground panca pepper chicha de jora · Salt, Pepper and Cumin to taste. soy sauce (optional) · A teaspoon of mustard (optional) 1 teaspoon of sugar (optional) Some of these ingredients may have different names in your country. After seasoning the chicken we will take it to the refrigerator for 2 hours. Note: if you search the web you will see that they do not mention any of the ingredients that I mentioned optionally, this is because as I said before it is my personal touch since I have used them with good results and the diners liked them. Then we place the chicken pieces in a pot and cover, let it cook on both sides, in this way we will remove the excess liquid and when frying it will be golden and juicy. Let them cool a bit and then in a pan with plenty of oil fry for a few minutes until golden brown. Then we must boil the potatoes. And chop the lettuce for the salad. We will prepare the vinaigrette of our salad, for this we will use: · 2 eggs. · Lemon juice (it will depend on the amount, in this case use 1/2k). · Vinegar. · 1 tablespoon of mustard. · Vegetable oil · Oregano, Salt and Pepper to taste. add the 2 eggs, lemon juice, vinegar, mustard, oregano, salt and pepper to the blender, blend and add the oil in the form of a thread until everything is integrated. And of course you can not miss the spicy touch, for this we prepare Rocoto sauce, the following being its ingredients: · 1 chopped onion. · 2 chopped hot peppers. · 1 cup of water. · 1/2 Cup of Milk. · Vegetable oil. · 3 Soda Crackers. · Salt and Pepper to taste. · 1 piece of cheese (optional). In a frying pan, I sautéed the onion and the 2 hot peppers, (let it cool down) and then place it in the blender with the water, milk, salt, pepper, the crackers and the piece of cheese, blend everything and as soon as it is being processed Add the oil in the form of a thread until it mix is compact. This procedure is very simple, but in my case, that I made around 30 dishes, it can be a bit difficult and more so in the condition I find myself in, since I don't have to stand for or sit a long time well, the My foot muscles are a bit weak due to the time spent immobilized in the cast. However, as someone said: there is no glory without sacrifice, that is, to achieve a goal or an objective outlining we must make an effort, in this sense I was get up at 3:00 am, to ensure that the deliveries were ready for delivery time, ie lunch (12:30 p.m.). That day I ended up with my foot more swollen than normal, but fortunately I managed to make the deliveries on time, and to cover some medical expenses thank God! I have had the opportunity to see people who are not so old and even young, healthy and without any disability in the streets and other public places like buses, asking for some kind of collaboration, and I am not saying that they at one point they really they felt the need to do it, since many times, at some point in our lives we can suffer from need, but sometimes in many people this act becomes recurrent and they get used to the easy thing, and I think it is wrong, since they become opportunists and take advantage of the good heart of the people who want to help them. While people who really suffer from a disability, strive and fight every day to get ahead. I know from my own experience that many times in life we are presented with adverse and unexpected situations, but, in my opinion, we must face them with a positive attitude and take advantage of each of the tools that we have at hand, trust first of all in God and in our capacities, yes, perhaps right now I am not in the best moment of my life or as I would like to be but, I know and I am sure that just as it happens with the weather, this season in which I find myself today will also pass and a new season will arrive. It all depends on perspective and attitude; You put the limits! Joselin Rivas. A big hug and many blessings! I want to take advantage of this space to thank my first sponsor Unity Thank you very much for your support, this motivates me to keep going, blessings to you! https://read.cash/@Unity

My first publication in read.cash: "know my life". Greetings to all members and readers of Read.Cash; Next I want to share a short autobiography My name is Joselin Rivas, I was born in the city of San Fernando, State of Apure, Venezuela; On June 4, 1992. (I am currently 29 years old) I'm the oldest of 7 siblings (counting half-siblings) but hey, I'm the oldest. My father left before I was 3 years old, leaving my mother pregnant with her second child; Three years later he started a new relationship, from which he had two more children, for a total of four children including me. My first years at school were somewhat difficult, because I was always a very introverted girl, despite my difficult childhood and absence of a father, I did not like problems, I was not rebellious or problematic, something very favorable, but, For my classmates, I was weak despite being tall, therefore they always attacked me and harmed me just for not defending myself against their attacks and bad jokes; I did nothing but cry and when they realized that it was the only thing that I limited myself to doing, they took on the task of bothering me more and more every day. However, I did not stop being the sweet, sensitive and caring girl that I used to be. With the passage of time and the help of my teachers, my classmates stopped taking action against me, thank God! At a very early age I began to feel a certain love for cooking, I think it was because after school, I spent most of the time at my maternal grandparents' house, and especially with my Nonno (Grandpa) in the kitchen, he was a very talented chef and inventor who immigrated to Venezuela in the 1960s from Italy; I was very passionate about seeing him cook with so much love and dedication, unfortunately time did not give us the opportunity to share as we would have liked, because he passed away when I was about to turn 9 years old. I have very few memories with him, but very significant ones. From the age of 10 I began to cook in a more independent way, I learned to prepare some simple dishes, such as arepas, rice, pasta, stewed meat or chicken, among others, and to help my mother as much as I could with the care of my younger brothers, since after her second breakup, she was left alone in charge of us and what the father of my two younger brothers contributed financially was not enough, so my mother had to work double shifts at her job as a Laboratory Technician General Hospital of our small, but always beloved city. In 2006, when I was still 13 years old, I was diagnosed with acute gastritis due to eating disorders. I was very sick and lost a lot of weight. Due to this process I did not finish my school year and as if that were not enough, on June 3 of that same year, one of my maternal uncles died of Hepatitis C, this was a very hard and difficult blow for the whole family. , since Miguel was one of my most beloved uncles and my representative in the primary school, since he worked as a teacher there; I saw in my uncle, the father I never had. To all this, the day of my 14th birthday we were at his funeral. (Without a doubt the bitterest birthday I've ever had) The following school year I continued my studies without interruptions, my responsibilities increased, even so, whenever I could on weekends I helped two of my maternal aunts with the housework, that is, due to the different circumstances I learned early the value of earn me the things for myself. This is how this teenager became a premature adult, (as I call it), because while many of my friends enjoyed their time at parties and other things, I immersed myself in my occupations at such a young age. And it is not that I have been against the activities that my friends carried out, in that sense I think there were many stages of my life that I did not burn, enjoy or experience, but I am sure that all the events I lived in one way or another They made me the woman I am today. At the age of 15 I made the most important decision of my life, to truly know God, and therefore to attend a church, I really like music, especially singing, so in a short time I joined the Ministry of Praise, and my friends and brothers from church tell me that I have a very sweet voice. One of my sisters of the faith calls me The Dove, since I participated playing a role, singing the melodic verses of a musical called El Arca de Noé, by the writer Marcos Vidal. I finished high school in the middle of 2010, and at the same time I started university in the Integral Education career, at the end of the following year (2011) I met my boyfriend and who would later become my husband, with whom I started a small business of sales of ponqués (Cup Cakes), which grew little by little and we began to distribute in some cafes in the area, at the same time that I worked in a restaurant as a kitchen assistant, a job that I had to do without, since I needed doing my professional practices and the demand for Cup Cakes orders occupied almost all my time. The morning of September 11, 2013, was a very sad and unforgettable date for me, because I had to see one of the most important people in my life leave this world, my grandmother, see from a glass door as the doctors on duty at the hospital, they did everything possible to save his life and failing in the attempt was very hard and traumatic for me; getting used to the physical absence of a being you love so much, it costs a lot and can only be understood by people who have experienced that pain, pain that you can never erase or overcome, you only learn to live with it, and your consolation is the good ones memories that were left next to that person you loved so much and now is gone. In April 2014 I got married with my boyfriend and bussines partner, It was a family and simple celebration; In that same year, due to the aggravated economic crisis that persists in my country to this day, we gave up our sales venture due to the same shortage of supplies. Reason why, I froze my semesters at the university and at the end of that same year I accepted a job offer as a salesperson in a renowned Colombian lingerie store, thanks to my performance and confidence acquired in a short time I became a cashier and in charge of the same, until mid-2015, since the owner, after much trying, found himself in the painful need to close due to the difficult situation in the country, which had worsened by that time, and likewise I had to see how many other national and foreign businesses were forced to close their doors, due to the lack of merchandise and raw materials, in addition to the terrible inflation, which made everything more expensive, such as the exorbitant cost of rents. Likewise, at the beginning of 2016 I decided to resume my university studies, since I only had two semesters left to finish my career as a teacher, successfully completing my academic activities that same year. In December for Christmas campaign, I received a new job offer in a clothing and footwear store for men, women and children, which I took. Due to my skills as a salesperson, my immediate boss proposed me a contract for the new year 2017, with which I agreed until October of that year, when my husband and I made the decision to emigrate, like many other Venezuelans, in search for a better quality of life. In our case, we traveled to Peru, a country that has opened its doors to us and where I have worked, like most migrants, in different tasks, (which I will detail my experience as a migrant later) however, in November 2021, I suffered a sudden and unfortunate accident getting on a public transport (combi), causing a fracture in the fifth metatarsal of my right foot, which is why I am currently unemployed. A good friend of the family, knowing about my current condition, recommended this platform to me and that is how I got here. There are so many things that I could capture, but, not to make these post longer, they will be left for another opportunity. I hope with my experiences and knowledge to be able to contribute and in some way inspire their lives, in the same way to grow and learn from the experiences and/or publications of each of the members of Read.Cash. If you have reached the end of this reading, I want to tell you that your opinion is very valuable to me, so I will be attentive to your comments, suggestions and corrections, since English is not my mother tongue, so it is very likely that I make one or another translation error when preparing the articles, in this way you will be collaborating in my learning process. Thank you very much for your time and may God bless you!
