One of the hardest things to do in business is.... Look at yourself in the mirror! Are you doing what you know you should do? Are you practicing what you are teaching others to do? Are there ways you can improve, but ignore them? I know I fall victim to this almost daily and always want to do better.... This week, I'm going to shine the light on myself more, and BE BETTER than I was the previous day. Always moving forward, always trying to build something remarkable! #CtpTalk

That is quite true and mostly we don't or we do to little.
Yeah guilty as charged. I'm the first one to say we need to engage more, and then look at my own engagement LOL
