"Friendship may, and often does, grow into love, but love never subsides into friendship." Lord Byron I wonder what kind of sentiment the famous British author was thinking of. Can love turn into friendship? Obviously, Lord Byron was referring to romantic love. Usually, the love of a couple sometimes ends in enmity when trust is betrayed or unfaithful. Lord Byron. Reading Byron, I came to think that he wanted some of his ex-girlfriends to be his friends, and it is the logical thought of any man who still feels passion for someone. For me, this man continued to have carnal desires for those who were his former partners or romances. A normal attitude of an average human. And yes, love usually ends in infidelity or disappointment, that is why it is said that it hurts, and that is why some of us believe that it sucks, for the simple fact of having to reconcile with another human being. Some of us do not have that capacity for conciliation and that is why we choose singleness, which suits us very well.
Yes, relationships are so complex that sometimes it is preferable to remain single. Although I know many repeat offenders. They even remarry after a messy and heated divorce.
That is very typical in our Latin countries, they have a habit of going back with their husbands who beat them, that is why I say that society is wrong in many ways. The current society at the steps it is going, has the future of disappearing, and to be honest I am very happy that this happens.
🤔 Well! I don't blame you for thinking that way. The evidence backs you up.
