"How we communicate with others and with ourselves ultimately determines the quality of our lives." Tony Robbins Without a doubt, communication is a very important skill for human beings. Well, even for all gregarious species. Now, the problem with communication lies in the semantic and contextual obstacles we create and face on a daily basis. So, it is highly desirable to be clear and concise when communicating effectively. It is not for nothing that prudence and moderation in speaking are distinctive qualities in the wise. Regarding the author of the quote, suffice it to say that he is a famous American writer of self-improvement, personal finance, and motivational speaker who was involved in accusations of sexual harassment. Nothing is perfect, but it is always preferable to be kind when communicating, well at least from my experience, that has given me better results for things as simple as buying a kilo of apples to complex things like neighbor meetings
You're right again, my friend.😃
