At work or at school we're like a team, right. What a team wants is always "One". The GOAL. Stop blaming one person if he/she made a mistake. Instead, help each other to get back UP. Pointing at someone doesn't make the team wins. It makes the team lose.. I just want to share this because I remember the days when I was at the position that made a mistake. I Know how it feels...
