Yey! Got this crispy "chicharon", my "pasalubong".😍 Hubby is here already! And he got me this. Chicharon is a dish actually. It is made of fried pork belly of pork rinds. It is deep fried. It has a balance and proper procedure for you to achieve the real crispiness and of course deliciousness of a chicharon. And the word pasalubong in english is souvenir, but this pasalubong is more like, when you're going out of somewhere and I am not with you. Pasalubong is something meant for me when you came back.😁
