Do you know that breast milk contains important antibodies? Breast milk is over loaded with antibodies that helps our baby fight off bacteria and other viruses, which is critical in those tender and very early months since birth. This particularly applies to what we called colostrum, the first milk. They said its very important for our babies to get all the colostrum because it contains highly in need antibodies.
