`Este escrito ha sido creado por un solo propósito: buscar ESPERANZAS en medio de la tempestad. Cuando estemos en algún momento en el que creemos que no hay solución, abramos nuestros corazones, no hay mejor manera que leyendo un libro, escribiendo e inspirándonos en cosas que llenan el alma. Es el objetivo principal del cual quiero empezar HOY esta serie, como un banco en donde podemos sentarnos a llorar, reír, compartir o odiar y a la vez, dejar fluir todo.`
Un movimiento en el ajedrez, cambia toda la partida. Aunque fuese pequeño o grande el movimiento tiene mucho significado. De la misma forma actuamos ante la vida cuando hacemos algo impropio, movemos alguna pieza (por muy pequeña que sea), pero esa acción lo cambia todo.
*“Me pesa tanto aquí dentro que no puedo levantarme, he divido las partes de mi cuerpo en esta habitación grande. Estoy varada en la NADA. Me quedaré en este lugar porque puedo quebrarme en llanto sin que nadie me vea”.*
**¿Por qué echar raíces aquí?**
Siento mis pies clavados en este suelo tan arenoso, no puedo moverme, se me ha entumecido todo el cuerpo. Quiero quemar el dolor, quiero sentir nada, pero tengo miedo. ¿Y sí no podré nunca irme, sí afuera me espera más tormento, volvería de nuevo a esta guarida? Todas estas preguntas me hacen confundirme.
Déjame decirte que ya no te espero, ya no me hago ilusiones. Sé que no regresarás, la única esperanza que abunda en mi es el vacío y una profunda caída de pico hacia el abismo. Aún así siento que estoy esperando, no sé si será a alguien más (eso sería absurdo) o algo que me levante, mejor me olvido de esto.
Creo que será mejor salir, no puedo aguantar seguir viéndome en estás cuatro paredes. Me asfixia todo, abriré las ventanas porque necesito aire, necesito saber que algo de mí aún no ha muerto. Tengo mucha hambre, me comí todas las decepciones (ya no me sacian). Escucho lluvia a los lejos y las únicas gotas que he bebido son mis lágrimas. Escucho muchos sonidos, a personas que están del otro lado. Sí me ven, creerán que estaba huyendo, que soy frágil, a lo mejor sí me ven no me notarán. No, estoy mejor acá, lejos del alcance de cualquiera que me estuviera esperando.
Ahora tengo miedo de quedarme aquí. Un momento... Las raíces que se enredan en mis pies se han aflojado, ya puedo tocarlos, están débiles, pero puedo caminar.
*Estoy yendo hacia el otro lado ruidoso, las raíces que me ataban se secaron y aunque algo de mi no ha cesado, sé que algo me espera allá.*
Llegué y sentí algo de alivio. Veo las cosas distintas, pienso que pasé tanto en silencio que el ruido de este nuevo lugar se acomoda en mi vida. Me he tumbado tanto entre las calles, he visitado seguido el mar y ahora puedo escuchar con mucha claridad las aves, he dejado que la felicidad entre en mi ser, la herida ya no ocupa el primer lugar en mi vida; sigue estando adentro pero más alejada.
**Mi cuerpo se ha transformado en un recipiente; la mitad que está lleno de nostalgias y recuerdos pasados, la otra mitad la he ido llenando de nuevos momentos que me hacen sentir viva.**
El pasado merece su hueco, ahí estará y no sé por cuanto tiempo. Pero no puedo permitir que el pasado haga un altar en mí, se apodere cuando pierda las esperanzas; el pasado obtuvo su lugar en el pasado.
Los párrafos anteriores son escritos que expreso para calmar un diluvio de palabras que se estacan por dentro. Antes de despedirme quiero decirles que, *no importa cuán grande sea tu habitación y lo mucho que te atormenta, siempre habrá una mañana en qué, decidas salir, aún hay esperanzas... NO TE RINDAS.*

JUDGING others is easy.
Each of our lives is different, from beginning to end; everyone has his or her own story, with his or her own sufferings and joys. If someone has had a dark past, that person belongs to him or her, judging him only allows us to fill our ego, because in one way or another we have all suffered, we have cried, we have shared or have been rejected, we have loved or hated.
It makes me angry when a person speaks ill of another person because of his or her suffering, maybe this person has not had the same life as you, to belittle him or her for it is something very low profile. Judging also implies wanting to change someone, each one of us is molded in a different way and in our own TIME, it is up to us to decide which path to take, if we want to let go or hold on to the past, we cannot decide for another person and tell him/her what he/she should or should not do. What, if it is in our hands, is to listen to and give him or her support, to feel empathy for pain in the person.
The world is becoming more and more insensitive; we laugh at someone else's wrongdoing, we hurt and make judgments towards others, but are we really perfect? Before we judge others, let us first examine ourselves and make our own judgments.
MARAÑON: An Exotic Fruit
I want to share with you about an exotic fruit and its seed is a great food as well.

But I did want to climb that cashew tree. One day I had the courage to climb that tree (*it wasn't big*) but it was big enough to support my weight. The detail was that I loved it so much to be up there that I started to swing through the branches and my brothers were near but not exactly there. What had to happen happened, I fell to the ground from so much swinging, I felt the blow on my head that fell on top of some big roots of another tree.

I am thankful to remember that moment because I got up by myself (*I felt a little dizzy*) and I shook the flowered dress that I was wearing as if hiding that nothing happened, my brother, Moises arrived and I think he saw me from afar that I fell and the first thing he asked me is, **you fell right?** I said no calmly and I felt my whole body sore, but of course, they didn't believe me. Afterward, I told my brothers that I did fall but that they should not tell my mother or anyone else. The beauty of the story is that nothing serious happened to me, I learned my lesson not to climb trees (*not even that cashew tree*) and my brothers kept the secret well.
*I also remember the cashew fruit juices that my mother used to prepare for me, they were delicious and somewhat spicy. By the way, the seeds of this fruit are very expensive in supermarkets, I imagine it is because it is difficult to get.*

There are more than 1800 species of begonia but today I want to focus on Wax Begonias. In the gardens where I live (*Central America*) the climates are warm most of the year and of course, the wax begonias love this climate.
Even more amazing is that their flowering season lasts all summer - **IMPRESSIVE** - and of course you can see the gardens so colorful of these flowers, from red, white, yellow, or pink shades, even in shades of purple and they smell so sweet. Its brightly colored leaves are oval in shape. The plant as a whole is vibrant green, but occasionally its leaves turn reddish or brownish.

As you may know, begonias don’t tolerate freezing climates, but they can adapt if kept indoors in winter. Another interesting fact is that they are quite tolerant to pests, although mealybugs and whiteflies are the pests they do not tolerate.
Today I am not going to give you a guide on how to grow begonias, although it is an excellent idea for later. **STRENGTH** is the main quality of these flowers.
