Do not enter the hotel prior the time provided due to security protocols. ü  Upon arrival, present your ID (**P676121A)** to the Invigilator and await further instructions. You will be asked to deposit your belongings and register. NO ORIGINAL ID **[P676121A]** NO TEST Policy is STRICTLY implemented. ü  During registration you should check your details against the record. 1. Spelling of Name 2. Date of birth *(day/month/year)* 3. Module *(Academic or General Training)*. ü  You will be asked to scan your right index finger and then the invigilator will take your photo. It is preferred that your hair will not cover your face, ears and shoulders. ü  After your Speaking Test, ask the Invigilator for your Official Receipt and leave the venue immediately. If you are not yet done with the photo registration, Skip to Instructions for Same Day Speaking. ü  You will be asked to fall in line to register amongst those who have finished the speaking test. Present your ID to the Invigilator and sign the attendance list. ü  You will be asked to scan your finger again as you enter the test room. ü  Once you have entered the test room, you are NOT ALLOWED TO LEAVE YOUR SEAT until further instructions have been provided. ü  After the test, surrender borrowed pencils and erasers. Claim your belongings and take your DESK LABEL with you. IDP shall* ***NOT*** *be held liable for any loss/damage of candidates' personal belongings.*   **WARNING:** Candidates WITHOUT the same official ID will NOT be allowed to sit the test.  Latecomers will not be entertained.  **Forfeiture of Test fee applies.**   **RESULTS**:  Metro Manila addresses are for pick-up at the ***IDP ORTIGAS (Marco Polo Hotel)***. Outside Metro Manila will be sent via courier. If you still haven’t received your results one week after the release date, kindly call us to follow-up. Release date is on **08 November 2019 Friday**.   **ONLINE RESULTS**: **08 November 2019 Friday –** preview of the results will be available online **starting 3:00 PM PST** and gradually rolled-out over 24 hrs.   **ADDITIONAL TRF REQUEST DISCLAIMER:** If you requested for an additional TRF to be sent to any institution, government bodies, universities, or international employers during your online registration, you will need to fill out and send the form to Francis Intia at **francis.intia@idp.com** after results have been released.  The form is available for download at **https://www.idp.com/philippines/ielts/support/downloadablefsorms**. This will signify that you have achieved your required band scores and that you are instructing IDP to send your additional TRF.
