@JellyVine more from that month

Thirty minutes turned into one hour. No Riya came, no Riya opening the door. Saif is getting wild, shaking his crib vigorously due to his Mom's non-existent. He is crying, his grandmother is crying; what a heartbreaking sight to see. Without hope in sight, Saif pulled his crib a bit harder, maybe with the intention to tip over the little prison of his. He did bumped his head as the crib fell. His grandma already closed her eyes due to exhaustion and helplessness. Saif calmed down. "Maybe he's tired too", his grandma thought to herself. Riya jogged her way back to her son's location. She opened the door and she saw the fallen crib and her son lying down with only his limbs visible due to the big stuff toy at the top of him. Riya's heart beats faster. "My God, spare my baby", she prays. The sight of the burnt of the helper is nowhere in her mind now and all she think is 5hat, her son was suffocating for hours. It's been two since she left him. She looked at her mother-in-law's face. She is in deep sleep but the unwiped tears are visible. She overthink again. "Is my son still alive?" What a relief she felt when the baby screamed as soon as she take off the stuff toy. He's so vocal with his annoyance that his sleep was disturbed. "Dear Lord, thank you", as she hugged the baby so lovingly with a grateful heart. And now, the boy grew up, enjoying autumn leaves. --- Yay! Third and last part of the first fiction. By the way, what would be the title? 🀭 Thank you folks for your nice words, I 2as able to complete this short story. I was supposed to have the boy killed but you know, I can't be harsh on my first story. Haha The next story story will be sad. 😁 Pm me for the link of the first two parts. I can't edit this.
