Can somebody explain the different chance percentage on every community and how does it work? What are the basis of that percentage? Why do some have 50% and some have lower percentage? What does it mean? Why do they have percentage?

As much as I know. the percentage is related with the new random rewarder system. If you see 50% it means half of sumissions will get points. As why the percentage is different from one community to another, then i'm not really sure. but maybe it depends on the ratio of submitted/approved articles. Also how strict the moderation is. Again, I'm not 100% sure about it.
