You experience you on your alarm clock in a wrong set o time ? I have 2 set time of alarm clock in my Cellphone one is 5:15 am if school day and 7 am if don't have a school. Cold weather
Hello beautiful people my read.cash family its to much cold ,I think I can't take a shower today,I shower quick even the water is hot but if I take out my self in shower I'm freezing 😅 how crazy I am today. When I finish wearing my clothes I wear also a socks and jacket .

This is the long season here in Kuwait almost April will start the summer until October, during summer season in high in humidity increase the dust and wind blow but the wind is very hot.
Autumn
Autumn will star on November to December, the weather is become nice not to hot not to cold,temperatures are moderate,
If you will ask me what season I like I will choice is a spring, because here if become summer it's very very hot even in a night like you are inside the oven when you go outside,but if come the winter it's very cold like you are freezing,

Fun friday
Today are cold than ever,it reached 0 degree ,almost this week its to cold but today reached the 0 degree.my sir bring us today in hawally Park its near in our house, because today is weekend he promise to twins we will go in a play place.
I'm almost freezing, I feel the cold get inside in my bones even I wearing winter clothes plus jacket but it's not enough to warm me.im thinking how about if i go the place have a snow maybe I can't stay i will die.
Okey let's go inside the hawally Park,it's a lot of rides ,sir told me to ride with the twins but I refuse, because I try it already that rides and I put my self in risk to high my blood pressure and maybe I get heart attack that's why I never did again.its not good in my age anymore.
Crazy dancing ride
This crazy dancing the twins ride first, this is very first time they ride because my lady boss don't like this ride for twins because this is like for adults rides not for kids like their age. but today without my lady boss because she is outside the country so it will happen what he like,ride now the twins I take some video ,and really your head will become crazy its turning and turning how you will not get dizzy, I saw a young lady vomiting, (im really sorry for someone eating right now)and when it finished the twins get down, and the one twins Adam started crying and get angry to his father, he said why did not listen to my mom from before she said don't ride in that one,he said he is really dying,but her twin like nothing .she ride again in another ride she is really brave but his twin did not ride anymore he is really afraid.

This Rainbow ride I try it before and really I feel I I'm not in my self that time specifically when you are in a top I feel it the end of my life,that's why I never try it again.but the girl twin ride alone because his twins don't like to ride.only she enjoy his twin are not,me and Adam setting in a beach because he still crying.

Even you pay me a big money I will not to try to ride,a little girl want to ride in this one,but she is not allowed because have age limit.this kind of rides are so danger. You see how will turn up side down,and all are screaming.
Adam play only in a trampoline he like to jumping than to ride on.this is better for the kids they enjoy .but it's really cold I almost can't walk andmy hands are almost freezing I buy some copy the make me warm .
Then we go out from the hawally Park, my sir go in a mall to buy something me and Adam stay in a car because he so tried and he sleep.
This is my Friday have fun even to much cold atleast I unwind a little, almost 2 weeks I did not go outside.

Lintel soup
I have a visitor today mother of my sir ,and she told me we will make a soup ,before she come home she call me first if have some ingredients here in the kitchen, so I check what she want then I call back to her because I did not find out what she want ,so she go first in supermarket and buy some ingredients she want,I prepare what is the available she want .
First I wash good the lintels (red color) ,put in big cauldron and add cold water let it boiling then take it out the white bubbles in the water, if clean already add the (brown) lentils stir occasionally and leave to boiling.
Ingredients
Lentils red
Lentils brown
Coriander seeds
Coriander leaves
Grama masala or buharat in Arabic
Turmeric powder
Ginger
Garlic
Onion
Paprika powder
Cumin seeds
Bell pepper
Salt
Butter
Water for boiling
Procedure for the ingredients
Cut the onion in a small slice
In a sauce pan put 1 spoon of butter
Add 1 big spoon of cumin seeds and coriander seeds. Let the smell for the coriander and cumin comes out.
Add the onions garlic ginger and Bell pepper and let them become golden brown stir together.
Then add Grama masala powder 1 small spoonful turmeric and 3/4 of Paprika powder then mix it together.
Add the salt
And the last one add the half of fresh coriander leaves then mix for sometimes.
And pour into lentils soup and mix properly leave to boiling until become very soft the lentils and add the salt for taste.
For special topping
Cut onion in a big slice and make it crispy brown onion.then and cumin seeds and coriander leaves put in the top of the soup .
This kind of soup is really good taste and the smell,and even in good in our health, craving a bowl of lintels soup?it's easy to make if you want a very soft texture soup use the red lintels and you can blender too.
Very nice to eat this soup in vold weather, and I read also in Google this is good for arthritis the ingredients will use.it is full a lot of spices that are known for helping reduce inflammation, ginger, garlic and turmeric.
I hope you like my recipe, I know in Philippines this is not present all the ingredients. But still I share ,I'm really sorry, thanks for reading.

Meat and potatoes with mushrooms sauce
Are you someone loves to see and enjoy watching cooking videos than actual?then let us tell you you are not the only one in struggle. And the line goes on
We are always thinking what the viand?what the food will cook ?I Knew aĺl the mothers looking something new and something nice food for family. That's way we make some experiment or looking for videos tower some ideas.
From last night I'm thinking what will cook for today ,so I put out the meat for last night to defrost, but still I don't have any idea what will cook.my employers are no care or no telling about what I will cook,they just go and come in or house and when they come will ask me only what I cooked or what's the food?
So I decide to make a meat and potatoes with mushrooms sauce. This is available stock in a kitchen
Wash it good the meat before boiling, then I put it in big cauldron ,I add more water in a meat Then one big onion, and when start boiling take out the white things in the water ,that is not a good smell or taste.like you will clean the water .After that put all the spices .

Note: put salt if the meat is already soft or tender.and when it Cooked already separate the meat.
Wash the potatoes and peel off the skin.and cut in a circle . Then cut the onion.
Procedure:
Take a big baking tray and some oil in a medium high heat, add the garlic and onions, saute together then add the potatoes stirring together.
Then pour the broth leave it boil then add the mushrooms sauce. Leave it to boiling for 15 minutes. The free heat the oven in 250degre. And after 15 minutes boiling close the fire cover the try with aluminium foil then put it into oven for 45 minutes.
When the twins see this food she to much happy because the potato are their favorite and she hug me ,how so sweet in this way I'm so happy when they appreciate the food i cooked.
No one born a great cooker only learn by doing and motivation because if you really like it you will do it until you succeed. A recipe has no soul,you as a cook must bring soul to the recipe.

My busy Saturday
I start to do my daily chores ,early in the morning, without taking my breakfast because I'm still full for my late dinner last night.
If Saturday is a busy day because have a tutor for Arabic subject yhe twins ,before the teacher come I must be finish all my work .and I must wake up also the twins at 9 am ,and prepare their breakfast, change their clothes etc.and I must prepare something also for the teacher .
Then I cook also today our lunch the molokhia (jute mallow or saluyot)and chicken. This is one of a kind favorite here in our house specially the twins.
This is the way how to cook ,need to boil the because the soup will use in molokhia,
Onion
Laurel leaves
Salt
Black pepper

Put it water in cauldron then the chicken and all the ingredients then leave it to boiling until cooked.
The Chicken need only to fried.dip in a white flour with salt black pepper and garlic powder ,then dip in the egg with salt and black pepper and lastly dip in bread crumbs, then fried.
The way for molokhia, use the soup of the chicken it already have a taste no need salt or black pepper, only need is coriander powder and garlic.
Pour the broth into a sauce pot then add one small spoon of coriander powder, leave it to boil then add the molokhia, stir well
Pour the olive oil in skillet in a medium high heate,stir the garlic ang coriander powder continue stirring until the garlic become golden brown.and put the hot garlic and coriander in simmering molokhia.
And every Saturday I must change also the bed sheet and cover, I did did once a week ,but this time only the master bedroom I change because the twins are not sleeping in their room,they like to sleep in leaving room ,so I'm not always changing their bedsheets only the pillow cover I change.
I will finish here because I need to make iron the school uniforms for kids,and prepare their dinner I will make them sleep early tonight to can wake up early morning tomorrow.

Don't measure today with yesterday,it's the one of the reason why will not be happy because we compare of it.no two days are a like.
Because everyday have bring their own happiness .be open in a new things .another way to enjoy everyday, do not attempt at repeat,mostly you will be disappointed, (like your last anniversary or your birthday you want to be happen again) our mind is in the box we didn't see what is now to appreciate.

What I did today
Hello everyone how's your day ?I hope all of you are fine.my day today its not so busy but I don't know I'm feeling little lazy,I can't focus what I want to do .I want to interact to noise.cash and read.cash but I can't make I just read and scrolling up and down I don't know why,like I'm not in my mine today.
I'm home alone today,so I general cleaning a whole house, after I finish clean I cook for lunch .what I prepare the lunch for today i cooked the chicken the kids favorite. And vegetables i cooked early today, and my daily chores also finished,
I have a time to call my family in Philippines,I video call to my daughter today and she send to me her results grades report, thanks God she pass the final exam for her first semester. Tomorrow she going in Bacolod in her auntie's house she staying there my husband sister, its better there than to rent an apartment, because her university is near in there house,
This week are enrolment, and she said must by her uniform this coming second semester are face to face she will duty in hospital, I don't know I'm little scared specially have new virus.i hope before make some action the university must sure the students are safe for this virus.
Then receive a video call in our group chat to my siblings group, I talk to my mom and my sister in Saudi and bulacan,this is our siblings and mother's bonding together and I have still siblings not there in video they did not answer the call.
I tell to my mother about the memorandum of Government in the Philippines the non vaccinated are not allowed to go anywhere just stay home for safety, because she is always going in my sister in another village. I tell to her my some in charge of the community she her.from before I convince her to take vaccine but she refuse, even I tell to her this is for your safety and for others, but she don't like she get scared in vaccine side effects.
When I finish talk to them it's time to pick up the kids ,the school bus will drop them before 2 pm.in when they come home I prepare for them they lunch.
Fast forward, when I have still time I make some dessert jelly and muhallabia.the kids favorite to and very easy to make it.

Empty the contens in sachet in a large bowl measure out the 500ml full cream milk. and add 2 tablespoons of milk to the mix.mix to a smooth paste.pour the rest of the milk in saupan and heat until nearly boiling. pour the milk onto the paste and stir and mix.retun the mix to saupan and stir constantly. Until the mix thicker.pour in the dishes
Direction for the jelly
Add I cup of hot water to the gelatin dessert stir until dissolved .add one cup of cold water.then chill before will serve I make some two layer together.

My children's growing without me
Being a mother it's difficult to didn't see how my children's grow up. stay away from them is hard for me,but this is my choice to give what they need ,if I have a good opportunity in my country I will not leave them to wor aboard.

My answer is no,why?because if I am there in my place I can't give what they want,my husband is don't have a good job either me ,what we have before is good enough fir the day you need.yes I miss all the special moments with them like a birthday and Christmas, school day but I know they understand me.

Remedies for my cough and cold
This winter have a lot of people getting sick, because of the weather ,cough and cold are very common but the problems is This new corona virus,what you make if you have a cough and cold?you go to doctor?take same medicine?or take some remedies or herbal in your home as a self medicine?
For me ,I really hate medicine because I feel I'm become more sickness if I take a medicine I did not cure ,because my kidney getting pain if I take some medicines for cough and cold.
Home remedies for cough and cold
I try lemon tea and honey I boil the tea then I squeeze the lemon add one spoon of honey,to soothe a sore throat, but honey alone its effective to.
I try also the black pepper and honey,the whole black pepper crushed the black peppercorns then and a little drops of warm water then add I spoon of honey and mixed together. Thus is very good to your sore throat and the black pepper can fight to your cough ,black pepper is antibacterial and antibiotics in nature due to presence of immunity boosting.
And every day I take vitamin C to maintain my strong my immune system.
And sometimes I do try also the lemon black pepper and salt.this is very helpful too.when the corona virus strike in our house everyday we drink this kind ,
Cut the one lemon squeeze the half in a pot with one glass of water then let it boil,the half lemon squeeze in a glass then add the boil lemon together with black pepper and salt.
And when my nose blocked I will eat some noodles and I put more black pepper, and I feel better after that.mostly I eat this for dinner
Thanks God without taking medicine I'm feeling better I just try only what is available in kitchen, here in our house have a lot of medicine because my madam is pharmacist doctor. if you tell to here bring for you a medicine she will give .but I avoid to take some medicines I until I can.
And I eat a healthy food and drink more water a day,I eat everyday orange and some healthy fruits.
We are looking for better ways sometimes to be feel good without taking medication, but if this is to much worse you must go consult your doctor.

Today is Christmas in Christian Orthodox
I have conversations with my madam last night, she told me she have a work tomorrow, but I said why it's must your holiday because every Friday its week end here and she is not going to work ,but today she go because one of the doctor In pharmacy take a holiday. He is a Egyptian Christian and today is celebrations of Christmas in **Christian Orthodox**
And I remember it's January 7 the celebrations of Christmas here in Kuwait hawaly have a big church for orthodox my sir show it to me last time he said all the Egyptian Christians here that the church for them.
And last year I watched the television of celebration of the mass in Christmas eve their president attended the Mass even he is a Muslim is not a matter you are Muslim or Christian the important is what you belief and respect what's the others belief.
What is the different of two Christmas dates?
Catholic Christmas are Celebrating December 25 this is base on Gregorian calendar and that's believe the birth of **JESUS** is December 25,but the Christian Oìrthodox celebrating the Christmas in January 07 base on Julian calendar they belief birth of **JESUS** is January 7,
But is not a matter when he born? the important is we know what the meaning of spirit of Christmas and why he born,Christmas is a time one steps back to reflect what's really matters in life and be grateful towards the blessings, it is a time of unity no matter what date it celebrate, the spirit of Christmas is always there.

Who fallow my article I know you know me because what I post here its all about to me,where I am what work I have ,and what I'm doing,all I post here is my personal life.even my earnings is here ,because I don't know how my a friction or imagination article, but I want to learn that to someday.
Back to topic, today so quiet our house like I wrote in May last article ****Farewell**** to my alaga,I have some update about him his flight last night was cancel,I call my madam last night because i get worried 12am they still didn't coming back from the airport. Then she said when already are done checking his bags and ticket get in the immigration, suddenly flight cancel.they don't know what will gonna do will go back home or will wait the next flight.
He choose to wait that's why my madam and sir wait also what the result, have a next flight at 5 am in a morning today,then stop over in Qatar for 15 hours before transit in Malaysia. Now he still in Qatar. This is the problem sometimes in the airlines when they want to cancel they didn't not inform you earlier.
Today only me and the twins in a house because my boss joth go to work, and the twins wake up late ,I seat with team and watching television for long time I didn't watch television just today again I feel relax when I'm watching a cartoon its good ,it's animation **back to the outback**. I enjoy watching .maybe some of you watch this already.
This all are animals and comedy, some parents need to know about the back to the outback before you let them children watch.
Tired of being locked in a reptile house where humans gawk at them like they are monsters a group of Australian.some action packed. Animate comedy with some mild language and racy moments have some name stupid or ugly mostly the hairly spider are the nauty.i like maddie the snake and koala, In the bright side it has strong message about friendship.
Sometimes we need a brake what will doing relax seat in a sala bonding with kids don't always busy for the work because sometimes we don't know what they doing or what they are watching.
Just we 3 of us today here in our house this the twins we stay in room of his brother we miss him already, the one twin what to occupied the room for his brother.

Farewell to you
Why im so busy yesterday and today?im so exhausted yesterday I'm trying to finish all the viand I made.because the one of my(alaga)teenager I take care are going to travel tonight in Malaysia supposed to be last December 24 his flight but he got positive in corona virus when he swab test.so his flight cancel and tonight he's flight.
From yesterday I cook the food he like to eat until today.he told me I will miss the food here that's why from yesterday until today I cook what he like,and he is enjoying the food because after 6 months or a year before he comeback here. He will study there in College he will take engineering, her elder sister in Malaysia to she also studying in College, but in different university and places,
If you will remember before in my article ****Proud Yaya**** he is my alaga the swimmer he is very good in swimming,he got 94 medals. Also he is very good in academics. Sometimes it's hard to say goodbye to some of our favourite people is travelling to study aboard. It's a great opportunity for them,even though it's hard you will support .
They ask me to go with them send him in airport but I said no,because I know I will cry because he is the one of my favorite alaga ,when he start he born I taker of him until now,that's why I love him as my own son,even here in a house I can please him to help me if I have some work I do ,specifically have some heavy things or I can reached I will ask him to did for me.
That's why I tell to my boss I will stay at home I don't want to go airport, only I hug him and kiss him and bkess him , drop them until in elevator .now it's so quiet in our house .I will miss him because everytime he will come in kitchen he will tell me he is hungry, and I will ask him what you want to eat?or will ask me what's for lunch ,and most of the time have a request to cook.he is kind teenager so humble. Even my name he is singing he always joking at me.
One time he told me when I became a engineering I will build for you a house,I tell to him i see only you become successful I'm happy for you even don't build for me,but it's good to hear for him atleast you know you have a value to them.all of them are a good children's they grow have a good manners unlike the others kids here,
But if I will remember before it's not so easy to taker them because you know the kids how's so naughty but when it comes in a right ages when they growing they become a good person.
Before the family member here are 6 now they become 4 ,in other side its good for me because its less work only the twins I take care this time.
Being a nanny is not so easy but I thanks God because he give this work for me not only to support the financial of family, and I'm proud of it and I know God have a purpose why I'm here.

To busy
The time I wake up its already in my mind what I will gonna do today,I give thanks the Lord for a new day,and praise him and ask him to give me strength for today to I do my all works better,then I leave my bed and go in a bathroom to prepare my self.
Early morning without drinking tea or copy I start to prepare the breakfast for my madam and the snacks my bossing will bring in his work.then I put the meat in a fire to start boiling when,I start also to put all the laundry in washing machine, I make it all together in a same time when I boiling the meat and the clothes already in machine. Then I clean a whole house when the twins still sleeping.
I feel hungry that why I eat my breakfast fast 9am in a morning o did not cook my breakfast I have left overfood from yesterday, and of course I must call to my family to check them to not I spend my time I call to them when I am eating in the same time.
When the meat is cook I start to cook our lunch today which is meat and mix vegetables. This is a frozen vegetable, greenpeas,greanbeans and carrots.
Ingredients
Onion
Garlic
Frozen vegetables
Oil
Tomato paste
Meat already cooked
Procedure for the meat
First boiling the meat with the onion,mistika,cinnamon stick, laurel leaves, Cardamon powder and black pepper I put the salt if the meat tender already.
Put some cooking oil in casserole, then garlic and onion saute together until brown color ad⁸d the tomato paste, then put it the Water from the meat.leave it to boil and the last put it the vegetables .
When I finished to cook the twins wake up I prepare they late breakfast their are no school that why wake up so late.
Then I start to prepare for mashe this is a Egyptian food for tomorrow but I prepare today.this kind of food take time to make it more preparation.
I wash first the leaves and cabbage then I boiling the cabbage and this kind of cabbage are very that's why I need to open one by one the leaves to boil.after that I cut it in a small like a square size,then I cut the leaves, which dill,coriander and parsley.
I cut also the onion to cook the ground meat. and prepare some garlic and onions separate this is will mixed with the rice together with the leaves dill,coriander and parsley, and cumin powder coriander powder mint powder Salt Black pepper and tomatoe paste.and mix well
After that will roll it in cabbage leaves and grapes leaves .
I will start now to roll ,I will stop here I will continue tomorrow because this still take time maybe until night I'm still busy.
