My emotions turn to homesick
Hello guys, I did not write an article yesterday, I don't know but I'm not in a good condition, I feel empty, and I'm not in a mood.
Last night when I'm in a kitchen I heard some noise ,a very loud crying a voice I heard is a man voice, he is screaming for crying.so I go in our door to check what's going on but I did not open to see ,just I see in a small hole and I saw a four man and the tree man trying to comfort them the one who's is crying,I really feel the man emotionally, I don't know him but I knew he is our neighbours office here,but I'm feeling sad about him,and I pray for him quietly, he is mourn he is talking Arabic calling for God when he is crying, and almost I can't take out in my mind.
To I forget it I open my Facebook scroll down and I see a video of the Probinsiyano it's the one of my favorite teleserye for a long time running in television and Cardo Dalisay (Coco Martin)is the one of my favorite actor I did not watch for how many day's, I watch lasts night the advance episode for December 8, I think I will be happy when I watching it,but sadly ,make for me more stress and becomes I feel to much sad to Dalisay and others, but even like that I did not close I continue to watch, and my heart almost melt for Cardo. I post this last night in noise.cash when I finished watch.
Before I sleep still I'm thinking for it,I don't know why I'm to much affected, even why I chat to my sis @Sweetiepie I tell to her I'm stress because I watch Cardo.
And when I wake up in the morning the weather make more feeling homesick for me to much cold almost I don't want to get up I want only inside my blanket, but I can't so I get up to do my duties,
But you know the feelings like have butterfly in your stomach and you have a heavy feelings in your heart you don't know where it come from,
After I while I call to my family I talk to my husband and my children's ,and I tell to my husband I'm not I'm what I feel and he told me your homesick that's why ,at least when I tell to my husband what I feel my heavy feelings is gone,I tell to my husband I'm feeling okey now .maybe I miss you only that's why I'm like this .
If the homesick attack no one strong person you will really affected emotionally. Mostly this coming Christmas days that's why I'm feeling dramatically this time .I'm really sorry for this my article tonight. I want to join the challenge but my mind can't cooperate right now.

Unexpected my second pregnancy
Lingunin ang nakalipas para bumalik ang alaala,di ko inaasahan na sa loob ng labing tatlong taon ay masusundan pa ulit ang aking anak, mula pag kaanak ko sa aking panganay ay gumamit na agad kame ng contraceptives para di masundan agad ang aming anak, at talaga naman ang hirap ko mag buntis at talagang mahirap manganak kaya sa sobrang takot na masundan agad.
Pero noong lumalaki na Yong aming anak ay nag decision na kaming Sundan na kasi nga nakakaawa naman at walang makalaro,pero lumipas ang mga taon talaga parang wala ng pag asa .
Pero isang umaga sobrang sakit ng aking ulo mga naranasan na sakit .hanggang sa naalala ko na delay na yata ako .at para makasigurado eh nag pregnancy test ako .at talagang di kami halos makapaniwala ng aking asawa sa loob ng 13yrs. Eh masusundan pa ulit .
Nag pa check up na ako at sabi ng doctor ay masilan ang aking oag bubuntis sapagkat matagal bago nasundan grabing mga pampakapit na gamot ang aking ininom halos ilang buwan din , bumalik ako sa uno kung gaano kahirap sa una ay mas mahirap ang pag lilies ko sa pangalawa,namaga din mga paa ko noon lalo ja ng malapit na ako umanak,
Ang mas mahirap pa ay suhi daw ang bata noong nag pitong buwan.kaya ipinahilot ko para umayos ng pwesto Yong bata,tapos nag pa ultrasound ako ulit bago mag 9 months para malaman kung okey na ang kanya na pwesto ,pero ang nakita eh kulang na sa tubig konti na lang ang natira eh di ko pa kabubuwanan 2 weeks pa bago siya dapat lumabas,
Ang aking due date eh daoat November 3 pero October 15 pa lang sabi ng doctor kailangan daw ako e refer sa District hospital sa cesarean kasi nga daw baka Di ko kayanin.pag kahapon ng araw na ayon eh agad kami nag gayak ng mga gamit papunta ng Bacolod City para doon ako umanak sa District hospital, oero walq naman akong nararamdaman na kahit ma anong sakit.
Kaya pumunta muna kame ng clinic para mag pa ultra sound kasi ayaw ko pa talaga ilabas ang baby ko kasi nga kulang pa sa araw tapos ipinabasa ko talaga sa doctor Yong result kasi nga ang kanyang head ay di pa talaga totally matigas yon ang sabi noong unang doctor,pero sabi naman noong isa na doctor okey lang daw yon puede na daw .
Tapos noong chenek up ay talagang malapit na daw kasi nga open na ang sipitsipitan. Kaya nag punta na kame sa District hospital pumasok ako ng hospital ng October 16 ng tanghali noong gabi ay tinurukan na ako ng pampahilab ,pero sasakit titigil lang naman siya ,tapos bumaba pa ang heart breath kailangan na naman akong kabitan ng oxygen para maging normal ang heart breath ng baby, taas din ang aking BP dahil sa takot.ipinasok ako ng emergency room ng 6 am ,grabe talaga Yong pag pray ko na maging normal lang ang aking panganganak .at kinausqp ko ang aking baby na lumabas na siya .
Nakakatuwa lang kasi Yong doctor na nag papaanak ay medyo kumedyante .at tuwang tuwa din siya ng nalaman niya na after 13 yrs. Ay nailabas ko ng normal ang aking anak.at talagang akoy kanyang binati pati ng mga nurse.
At ayon tuwang tuwa ang lahat ng aming pamilya kasi muling nagkabata sa aming tahanan,at malaki ang pag papasamalat namin kay Lord at muli kaming biniyayaan ng anak,napakalaking blessings ang magkaroon ng anak.at ngayon siya ay 9 na taong gulang na parang kailan lang at ngayon siya ay malaki na
Grade 3 na siya ngayon at loving na makulit ang aming bunso .

Hello beautiful soul how's the day?I really love the Praise and Worship Song ,this can relieve my heavy feelings ,you know the feelings like your looking for something you don't know but when I listen this song I feeling better, now it's early Sunday ,I miss the time when I'm in Philippines I will open my USB to listen this song before go to church, I miss that days.

Tour in a farm
Hello everyone, maybe some of you are still sleeping, or some are still in a work because we are not a same time,because here is already evening right now and just now came from farm.the place is so far in our place where we leave, because the place in near in border of Iraq and Kuwait.we leave in our home at 1pm and we reach there at 3pm we must cross the Arabian gulf and you will go on the way this longest bridge the Al Jaber bridge
This the view of Kuwait city when you are in the middle of the bridge, you can see how nice the small city of Kuwait,you can enjoy your travel here znd you will see also the company of gas and oil ,its there in a middle of the sea and dome are in the desert.
It's a camping area ,this place is a desert when you cross the longest bridge you will came in a desert place,if like this winter season more people put there tent in desert and thier bonding together with family friends.
Along in our way we see the camel beside the highway just I take a photo to them. Look so cute
This is the entrance of the farm there a lot of people ,and we ride in this car to tour inside the farm there's s lot of vegetables snd have a large field of corn .and different kinds of vegetables and flowers, when I'm riding in a tour car ,every vegetables I see I take a photo on it ,I really enjoy my day.sometimes if you want to enjoy your day ,appreciate what you see.you know even have a sun it's to much cold and this is a problem for me if cold like this I'm always looking the comfort room to make pee,awkward moment 😀 but it's true.
I get inside in plantation of corn ,you can pick on and pay,some people if they want to buy they can harvest in pay on it.but me just get in to take a photo some souvenirs (lang ba).
Then we go to play place for the kids It's unlimited to play inside. and place also are complete have a fast food and market place for vegetables and flowers and inside the market place are very nice the design. really you will enjoy of it.
After these we go to see some animals to feed them. we buy some food for animals but their are not hungry anymore because we go there at night already have a lot of people feed them and almost don't want to take the leaves we give to them.
And of course even its a dark I must take a photo in a flowers and thanks to my bossing always ready to take photo for me hahaha this is one in a blue moon only go come here that's why must enjoy the place.
I really feel cold that time,and we are going out in this photo ,sir tell it's almost 25% of a farm we did not see ,he said next time will come back again,

Hello beautiful soul,how your days?I wake up early morning today because of eldest daughter of my employers going to Egypt this early morning, and we sleep last night to much late,that why my head become dizzy, and all of them go to airport to drop her,I stay alone in our house so I can rest for sometimes. and when I finished all my daily chores today,
I check my abra wallet to see what going on if my some coins holding increases the price ,to I can buy if those coins go down.like wise also in my trust wallet just checking if the others coins I hold go up ,I monitor some token there maybe I can convert to bnb if the price is good ,but sadly some of it become very low the price. I have some token in trust wallet I take from airdrops and have already a price but I don't know if this can convert to bnb still I didn't try.
I check also my coinsph with is bch only I hold in this wallet, but bch almost steady the price for a week.i just jold my bch from now.one wallet also I visit but I get surprise the tron wallet which is free coin I hold it there and its almost nothing the price ,I really Don't know if this coins are become rug full also .I check also my PayPal if have a dollar inside I did not play the games for this that's why the money still small
I open my coinW wallet because I want to know how it will work I want to learn something new about trading but still I can't understand. and my brain cannot cooperate plus my eyes getting pain when I'm looking long time in mobile. Then my some works waiting for me. i know I need a time to learn all of this .

Me and my beutiful alaga
Hello everyone, how's your day? My day is always busy,today me and my alaga( a kid i take care from before) go to supermarket to buy some ingredients for the noodles she will cook for our lunch today, she said before she go she want to cook bihon because she know its my favorite. Me and her only we go today to have time to bonding each other because she will go to Egypt next day,she stay only here for 1 weeks and she will complete here vacation in Egypt for 3 weeks in her grandmother and her auntie, before she go back in Malaysia .
We walk going to sultan centre its near in our house, but when we comeback we ride in taxi. Afnan is like my daughter I take care her when she is 1 year and half.she is a very pretty when she is a small even now she still pretty lady and kind. We are close its other she didn't treat me as a housemaid ,she treat me like a mother and friend,when she is 16 yrs.old she go to Malaysia to study in college .she is so smart and brave she didn't afraid even without any relative in Malaysia,
I just take a photo when she is looking for the ingredients in her bihon.i leave here to take the ingredients I want to see if she really know .
We wanted to drink some coffee in Costa but still close ,and when it finished to groceries we decide to go back home, we start to prepare the ingredients for her bihon ,two kind of bihon she cook one is spicy and the one is normal bihon,she is really happy when she is cooking
She starting now to cook ,like she know what she is doing ,but I'm happy at least she learn when she go Malaysia and she become independent she know how to do the household. I just assist her when she is cooking.and I cook also some beef stick
Our all-time favorite meat item! Everybody who has ever had this has flipped out! It's so easy and make extra and freeze it for a meal in 5 minutes. Give it a try -- I promise you won't be disappointed!
**How to prepare**
Place the beef roast into the freezer for several hours, until very firm and almost frozen. Slice the beef about 1/8 inch thick across the grain. You can also ask the butcher to slice it very thinly for you.
Whisk the eggs and water together in a bowl. Spread the bread crumbs out onto a large sheet of aluminum foil, and sprinkle with garlic powder, salt, and Mix all the crumb ingredients together until well combined. Dip each piece of beef into the egg mixture, then thoroughly coat with crumbs. Place the coated slices onto a sheet of foil on a baking sheet, and separate them with waxed paper as you dip and coat the beef.
Then put oil in fry machine let it be hot before you put the meat and fry for 5 mins.
And this is her bihon a two kind of bihon the one spicy, and its really yummy.her parents are to much happy before the first time she cook .I love bihon ever since I'm small and I'm very happy when she cook for us..

Hello everyone it's weekend again here in middle east, so if weekend it's a little bit rest for me because no cooking even my daily chores I'm not doing,because everyone here in a house.even our breakfast I did not prepare my boss order food from outside this morning,
Yesterday I post in my article, ****wrong move can make injury****,but thanks God my feet become better rigth now. Today only I rest almost whole day and this night we will go outside with a kids .I'm waiting for my madam call what the time I will change the clothes of the twins. I'm no have idea which place will go ,but I heard will go to play .the weather this time is so cold because its already winter here,I must wear a heavy clothes. I hope not in a sea side will go.
By the way today is a black Friday 12 am with start the sale I think so will go to shopping tonight. but the problem I don't have enough money I hope my bossing will give my salary to I can shopping also .if the price is good and I can afford to buy I will advance my salary tonight. because this is my chance to shopping but I don't know if all the shop or only limited are sale, because I show already some shop have a nice clothes and accessories shoes and bag sale in a good price,I have a plans to buy for me for my husband my daughter and for my son .
And the brother of my boss and his family invite us to go dinner tonight because for long time didn't see each others, because there are always busy in thier work,and the kids are want to see each others.
When I'm making this article now the telephone ring and the twins answer the phone it's her mom,and she said change rigth now our clothes because thier are coming to pick up us after half an hour.

Minsan may mga pangyayari na di natin inaasahan na ang akala natin ay Di mangyayari ,wrong move can make you injury. Kahapon nabangit ko sa aking article na halos buong gabi akong puyat before yesterday night kasi nga dumating ang alaga ko at kailangan ko mag luto ng kanyang mga gustong pag kain.
So kahapon halos buong maghapon akong nag luto ng pagkain .at pag katapos ko mag hain ng pag kain sa kanila at nalinis na ang buong kusina eh sabi ko sa amo kung babae ay matutulog muna ako kasi nga pagod at puyat ako.pag pasok ko sa kwarto namin ng aking alaga Di ko na ibinaba ang aking higaan kasi sandali lang naman akong maiidlip .kaya nag decide ako na doon matulog sa double deck doon sa higaan ng alaga kung lalaki na kambal.mga ilang minuto bumaba ako para mag cr.at dali dali akong bumaba Di ko na pansin na may dalawa pa palang baiting Yong hagdaan at Di naabot ng paa ko Yong sahig kaya mali Yong pag bagsak ng paa ko.na parang napa bigla.ramdam ko talaga na masakit at nag tuloy lang ako sa banyo at bumalik ulit ako ng tulog.
Ramdam ko Yong sakit pero di ko pinansin at ng pag baba ko na doon ko na talaga naramdaman na halos di ako makalakad ng maayos at masakit. Dapat talaga palaging nag iingat kasi hindi natin alam kung kailan darating o mangyayari ang Di inaasahan magkamali ka ng galaw puede ika disgrasya.kaya pasalamat na lang talaga ako at ganito lang ang nangyari sa akin.napakahirap pa naman ang malayo sa pamilya sa panahon na ikaw ay may karamdaman.wala kang choice kundi tiisin ang sakit at gawin ang iyong obligation na trabaho. Kaya kailangan na mag double ingat at Di na din kasing lakas Yong katawan kagaya ng bata pa.

Creamy Zucchini
Hello everyone how's your day today?my day is always busy ,last night I almost didn't sleep because the eldest daughter of my employers came home from Malaysia she came at 3am in a morning.i get up in my bed to great herald hug and kiss her,she is the first kids I take are but now she is studying in Malaysia. and today she have a request to cook a Zucchini bechamel this is her favourite when she is here. So yaya will make what she request. Early in the morning I prepare what I need for Zucchini bechamel.
First I put out the frozen group meat,and I star to clean the Zucchini take it out the skin,and slice in a long size .i will make more I big tray and small Pyrex, no Zucchini in Philippines I think so but this is almost same a upo or patola.
The ground meat
Then I will make the ground meat first cut the onions and garlic,take a big saucepan put some oil then put a garlic saute add the onions saute together, when become golden brown, put the ground meat mix it properly until comes on water then add salt and black pepper to taste. Then add tomatoes paste leave it boiling and add a cooking cream .
Bechamel
Warm the milk in microwave or saucepan and set aside.
Melt the butter in heavy satin a medium heat but do not let it brown.
Add the flour and stir it quickly into the butter with wooden spoon the flour and butter must be mix like a wet egg.and mix 5 to 8 minutes until dry like a little bit brown
Pour a little warm milk just enough to moisten the flour and the butter. Stir it good to loosen up the thick flour. Then add the remaining warm milk .Cook until thickness add salt and black pepper. Stir proper until you reach the thickness you desire.
Arrange the Zucchini in a tray
Arrange the Zucchini in the tray by layer then add ground meat put again the Zucchini and put it in the top the bechamel
Free heat the oven for 15 minutes before you put , 200degre in 45 minutes in the lower fire of the oven,then oven the upper fire for 15 minutes and add mozzarella cheese in the top to more creamy.
Ingredients
2kilo of Zucchini
I kilo of ground meat
250ml of cooking cream
Non salty butter
1/2 cup of flour
I liter of full cream milk
Salt
Black pepper

Hello to all my beautiful read.cash friends how's your days today?my day is always busy as usual, but still thankful because God give me strength to do all my work every day. I want to be productive everyday .by the way I cook some Egyptian food today.
Delicate flavor packed fried eggplants and Bell pepper tomatoes garlic and vinegar, this humble Egyptian dish make a great vegetarian main with my favorite Arabic bread or Egyptian bread. You can serve also as a side this or as an appetizer.but for me this good with the rice.
First wash it good the Bell pepper and the eggplants and tomatoes, remove the peel of eggplants with knife re peeler,then cut in thinly slice, cut also the bell pepper with long size.
Heat the oil in heavy flying pan ,better if you put more oil if not enough the oil eggplants will absorb it. Medium heat should be fine. fry the eggplants in one side until you see the edge turning brown then flip over on the other side.when eggplants turn in nice golden brown remove with spatula. Use the same method when you frying the bell pepper.
You must prepare a tray with paper towel to arrange the eggplants and Bell pepper to allow any excess oil to drain.
i have some tips for you to not become soggy the eggplants when you fry like a sponge or soft,when you slice the eggplants put some salt on the two side and leave it for sometimes before you fry.
Finally for making the garlic and tomatoes, put some oil in saucepan put the garlic saute then add tomatoes mix with garlic, then put the vinegar let it boiling to cook completed
Then assemble the fried eggplants dish,grab a serving dish layer the vegetables beginning with the layer of eggplants top with bell pepper and tomatoes, then repeat same method.
This eggplants you can put in a refrigerator with airtight container for 3 to4 days.you can serve cold as a salad or room temperature or you can heat as you like

Magandang bati sa inyong lahat aking mga kaibigan.kumusta po kayo?ako naman po ay okey lang ngayong weekend na ito pag Friday kasi ay weekend na dito sa middle east. Kaya pag weekend ay wala akong gaano na work kasi wala din pasok ang aking mga employers at mga alaga. Kaya kahit wala man akong day off ay kahit paano nakakapag pahinga at nakakapasyal din naman kasama nila.
Kanina maaga pa kaming umalis mga 1 pm pa lang ay umalis na kami.di kagaya ng mga nagsilipas na weekend na hapon na kami naalis.ngayon medyo maaga kasi madami kaming pupuntahan.unang destination bumili ng blanket ng aking alagang binata kasi nga tag lamig na gusto niya ay bagong blanket ang kanyang gagamitin.kaya nag punta kami ng Kuwait city doon sa mubarakia madami doon bilihin at mura kaysa sa mall doon puede tumawad pa baratan .kaya sila lang ang bumaba at naiwan kami sa sasakyan ng aking mga kambal na alaga.kinuhaan ko lang ng photo habang kami ay nasa loob ng sasakyan.
Matapos na sila bumili doon naman kami pumunta sa mall sa center point. Namili din sila ng admit pang winter ng aking mga alaga .ang gaganda ng mga admit kaya labg sobrang mamahal naman kaya habang nag hahanap silq ng mabibili ay busy din naman ako sa pa tingin tingin ng mga admit at jacket balak ko na din sana bumili ng Jacket kaya lang sibrang mahal naman halos abutin din ng 30$ tapos ang papangit pa kaya Di ako pumili.sabi ko marami pa naman akong mga lumang jacket puede na yon mag hanapna lang ako ng mga t-shirt. At naka kita ako ng polo shirt kaya sabi ko ito na along siguro ang sa akin dating 3kd tapos nag sale ng 1.900kd dating tang 10$ naging 6$ na lang siya kumuha ako ng dalawa tapos sabi ng amo ko dagdagan ko pa daw ng isa at siya na ang bahalqng mag bayad . At nang makatapos na kaming mamili ay pumunta naman kami sa restaurant para mananghalian.doon kami kumain sa IRAQI CUISINE RESTAURANT ang sarap ng kanilang food sari sari at maganda din qng place doon kame sa labas umupo para ma feel mo Yong ganda ng panahon kasi malamig na weather. Maganda din Yong serbisyo nila ma enjoy mo talaga Yong pagkain at lugar pati mga bata ay enjoy kasi nakapag laro din sila kahit paano.

Today I'm to much busy I have a lot do .and when I finished all my daily chores and responsibilities and duties here in our house I did some our condiments which I'm everyday using for cooking. when I tell to my sir to by some condiments ,yes he buy really but he but not the one I tell to him .he brought all are seeds I need is a powder to easy for to use for cooking,that's way i make it powder .cumin seeds and Cardamon seeds. I put in a mixer and make it a powder.
Cumin
Cumin is a popular spice all over the world specially here in middle east almost everything will cook put some cumin.cumin its a lot of benefits in our body. Has anti cancer,my help treatment for diarrhea, help control blood sugar, fight bacteria and parasites, anti inflammatory,help for boots memory, help lower cholesterol, weight loss. and a lot more.but be careful to use also don't take to much specially when you are pregnant this can cause of miscarriage, but it's good in other side for women have a monthly period you can drink this as a tea,just boiling I spoon powder of cumin put some lemon and drink ,it will help you relieve the pain.
Cardamon
Cardamon is a spice with a sweet flavor and good smell,I always use also this everyday for my cooking,and have a lot of good benefits in our body.ist antioxidant may lower blood pressure, fighting for some cancer, its good also for bad breath and control cavities, help digestive problems. and you can put to your tea to make some good aroma.
Bread crumbs
I make also some bread crumbs I have a lot of breads ,before will expired the bread I put it in oven to toast and I put in the blender .I cut in a small piece and blend until become a powder,I use this if I will fry the chicken to become crispy and tasty,the kids mostly favorite, and I'm not telling to my boss to by bread crumbs because I'm always making my own.

Hello my beloved read.cash family, what are you doing now ,oh maybe some off you are sleeping already and some are still wake up because we are different time.
I want to show you a Kuwait tower ,if you are here in Kuwait, you must not miss this place you must have a souvenir some photo for this tower .I have a lot of photo shoot in this place because before every weekend we eat a restaurant beside this tower .we love to eat in Ruby Tuesday restaurant, but sadly this time its closed already we like to go there to eat and play and can go in a sea to relax .
That time is winter and very nice to go in that place , Ruby Tuesday restaurant is a one of the famous restaurant here in Kuwait but I don't know before come this pandemic it's closed already my sir tell because of bankruptcy that's why,
The ***Kuwait Tower*** are a group of tree slender tower on Kuwait city,standing on a promontory into ***Persian gulf,***they were a sixth and last group in the largest Kuwait water tower system of 34 towers and were build in style considerably different for the others give groups. The Kuwait towers were officially inaugurated in March 1979 and are regarded as a landmarks as a symbol of modern ***Kuwait*** The towers closed to maintenance from March 2012 to March 2016. With a massive fireworks festival commemorating the re opening.
The viewing sphere
Have a viewing deck and restaurant the Kuwait tower but the entrance fee is little higher its 3kd the entrance almost 10$ I think. This sphere is located in the top in the top most part of Kuwait tower.and almost of part of Kuwait city you will see and the taller building here in Kuwait is a Al hamra tower you can see also,by the way that taller building my sir are working there.and I go also there before.
If you come here in Kuwait you must go 8n this towers to take a photo to enjoy the amazing place .have a lot of nice places in Kuwait, more bigger buildings and some historical places ,I enjoy here in Kuwait the place I go. More good people to,but not all have also bad . Here in Kuwait there have a natural gas and oil this is the first resources in Kuwait and here have a lot of foreign people to work. Kuwait is the one of rich country too. The higher currencies in the world belongs to Kuwait dinar. 1 dinar is almost 3$.but may work as a nanny is not to much . But if you are working as a nurse or engineer or you are degree holder the salary is good.but the expenses here is so high ,paying for the apartment or house is to much expensive. but for me I am not buying or renting anything that's why my salary I take a whole, even my Internet are free . that why I enjoy here to work even sometimes are difficult.

Hello beautiful people how are you today?I hope all of you are fine .
Diet its so hard to diet,pero kailangan kasi kung hahayaan natin na tumaas ang ating timbang at tayo ay tumaba ng tumaba ito ay isang malaking suliranin sa susunod na mga panahon,magiging malapit tayo sa sakit.
Dito sa bahay ang aking employers halos lahat ay malalaking tao ,di na ako mag tataka kung bakit ganon sila kalalaki. Una sa lahat nasa lahi na nila ,pangalawa sobra talaga silang kumain at pangatlo kulang sa exercise. at ang pagkain talaga ang unang nag papataba sa atin ,noong dumating ako dito ay napaka payat ko sa ilang taon ko na pamamalagi dito ay halos lumobo ang aking katawan.
Sa ngayon nag sisimula na ulit kame mag diet. Mahirap man simulan pero kakayanin.ang pinaka mahirap turuan ay ang aking kambal na alaga kasi habit na talaga nilang 2 ang kumain .isa pa ang amo kung lalaki mahilig mag dala ng mga pagkain dito sa bahay kaya halos hindi sila na mayat maya ay kumakain,pero sa edad nila na pitong taong gulang ay nasa 38Kilos sila kaya natatakot ang aking among babae na baka magaya siya sa aking among lalaki na sobrang taba.
Kahapon nag simula kaming mag walking ng aking mga alaga sa labas para kahit paano ay mabawasan ang fats sa aming katawan pero ayaw ng mga bata kasi mag gusto nila ang mag laro ng gadgets. mga isang oras kami sa labas na nag lakad lakad at pag uwi namin ay nahingi na agad ng makakain .pero di ko binigyan kaya lang makaraan ang ilang oras ay talagang di na yata kaya ang gutom kaya binigyan ko ng prutas.
At kanina nilutuan ko lang sila ng kanin na may lentil at nilagang itlog para ayon ang kanilang kainin pag kayaking nila sa school. Ang lalaki lang ang kumain saoqgkat siya ay gutom na kahit ayaw niya ng food ay kanya pa ding kinain .pero ang alaga kung babae ay aayaw niya .kaya tumawag siya sa kanyang ina para sabihing hindi niya Yong kakainin.naawa man ako oero wala akong magagawa kung Di sumunod sa pinag uutos ng ina nila.kasi kung pakainin ko naman sila ng ibang food ay mag susumbong naman sila sa ina na kung ano ang kanilang kinain.
At nag gawa lang ako ng salad para sa aking mga amo at may soup na din na naka ready na good for 4 days .

At ngayong niyaya ko silang mag walking ulit kami pero sa halip na mag walking eh nag laro na lang ang bata napakahirap pa nila turuan sa tinatawag na diet.ewan ko ba naman dito sa amo ko kung bakit gusto ng papa dietin ang mga bata kung sila na lang siguro ang nag didiet mas mabuti pa kasi ang mga bata di pa ka adapt sa ganoong systema ng buhay.gusto pa lang nila ay mag karo kumain bakit ba ayaw hayaan muna maging bata darating din naman Yong panahon na matutunan din nila yon huwag lang madaliin.
Ang sabi nga dati sa akin ng amo ko bakit daw ang lalaki ng mga bata pinapakain ko ba daw palagi sabi ko naman eh nahingi syempre bibigyan ko lalo pa at favorite nila ang chocolates at chips.minsan nga sinabihan ko na ang amo ko na nasa kanila namang lahi kung bakit malalaki ang mga bata .
Kayo ba mga nanay Di ba tayo ay natutywa pag ang mga anak natin ay matataba ?Di ba masaya tayo pag ganon.basta di lang sobra sobra.

Hindi tayo ***Superhero*** na kailangan gawin natin ang lahat kung ano lang ang ating kaya huwag mong gawin ang hindi mo kaya ,kung ito naman ay nasubukan mo na at Di mo talaga magawa.mag pakatotoo sa ating sarili.
Walang taong ***Superman***,huwag nating papaniwalain na ang isang tao ay siya ay Superhero o holy man or woman.naniniwala tayo sa kanyang talino humahanga tayo sa kanyang prinsipyo at paninindigan bilib tayo sa kanyang honesty at integrity na inspired tayo sa kanyang sipag at tiyaga at mga gawa.pero huwag natin siyang papaniwalain na siya ay invisible dahil papahirapan natin siyang panindigan ang monumentong ginawa natin para sa kanya siya man ay masasasakal at malulunod sa ganyang expectation . at kung magkamali siya o Di niya magampanan ang mga bagay na ating inaakala ay mag babago ang ating pananaw sa kanya.

My cross stitch
Kumusta kayo mga kapwa ko manunulat at mag babasa?ang buong maghapon nyo ba ay maganda at mabunga ? Kasi kung ako ang buong maghapon ko ay sobrang busy sa daming trabaho,hanggang ngayon ay may nakasalang pa din ako na niluluto.
Bakit my cross stitch ang aking artikolo ngayon?naalaala ko kasi Yong aking cross stitch na ginawa noong kaanak ko pa lamang sa aking anak na panganay . Noong iniwan muna namin pang samantala ang aming anak sa aking biyanan sa Negros para may mag alaga sa kanya sapagkat pareho kaming nag tatrabaho ng aking asawa.noong mga panahon na ayon ay bumili ako ng mapag lilibangan at ayon ay ang cross stitch na tela pattern at sinulid.ang akala ko noong una ay madali lang siya gawin pero mahirap pala subalit nakakalibang at hanggang naging habit ko na ang mag cross stitch, pero ang tagal bago na tapos ,sapagkat malaki ang aking ginawa,at palagi akong tumitigil gawa ng meron akong trabaho,nasa dalawang taon bago ko natapos ang aking kaunaunahang gawa.ayan ang aking unang natapos na gawin ang guardian angel,at nasundan pa ito ng marami pang iba.
Bakit po naging ito ang topic ko ngayon kasi meron akong games na nilalaro ngayon sa money well Yong Cross stitch nakatuwa lamang na habang nag gagames ka e kumita ka din kahit penny lang ,nakakailang Cross stitch na ako na nagawa ,at kahit ako ay pagod na pagod sa buong maghapon.ako naman ay naaliw sa aking ginagawa kahit papaano.nakakatanggal ng stress lalo na kung magaganda na Yong nagagawa mo parang ayaw mo ng tumigil . Tapos malaki na din Yong points ko kaya lang maliit lang Yong kanyang kita,pero ang mahalaga eh Yong saya na iyong nararamdaman pag ikaw ay nag Cross stitch.
Naka Lima na ako ng nagawa ngayong araw na ito ,at masaya ako sa naging results kita nyo ang gaganda ng mga Cross stitch design. Parang totoo lang habang iyong ginagawa nakaka amaze na Yong habit mo dati puede mo pa din gawin sa ibang paran akin din e try na e payout Yong aking games mamaya ,nakatuwa lang na malapit na akong maka 3$ na na iipon sa games na aking pinag titiyagaan . Sabi nga ang lahat ay nag sisimula sa maliit basta ang kailangan lang ay iying pagtiyagaan at balang araw ito ay lalaki din.
