A 70th Year Old Waec.
The West African Examinations Council (WAEC), a non-profit-making organization, with its headquarters in Accra, Ghana, was established in 1952 after the Governments of Ghana (then Gold Coast), Nigeria, Sierra Leone and The Gambia enacted the West African Examinations Council Ordinances in 1951. Liberia became the fifth member of the Council in 1974. The enactment of the Ordinances was based on the Jeffrey Report, which strongly supported the proposal for the setting up of a regional examining board to harmonize and standardize pre-university assessment procedures in the then British West Africa.
The main objectives of the Council are:
To conduct examinations in the public interest
To award certificates, provided that the certificates did not represent lower standards of attainment than equivalent certificates of examining authorities in the United Kingdom.
Today I stood in front of my students to address them vividly about the reason for establishing Waec and why they must Obey the principles of WAEC .
I said " Good morning students and they all replied " Good morning sir" (the world "Sir" shows that they respected me even though many of them are older than me). Well we are happy to have you here and it's a good day today to commence fully in your examination. Your set marked Waec 70th year old in the History of West Africa and this is an opportunity for you to feel privileged to the examination with passion.
I want to believe many of you have fully prepared academically, morally and nervously. Without disrespecting anyone, be humbled and submissive to any invigilator or supervisor.
Follow every instructions orally and verbally if you don't understand any sentence or grammar kindly raise your hand and ask the person in charge. Don't go in with exhibit I mean anything that will implicate you.
I wish you the best of lucks over your examinations. Thank you"
Students were surprised with the addresses they all clapped and nod heads quiet well and we're felt encourage to write the exam wholeheartedly.
" Okay okay!!! That's alright now I'm going to check each and everyone of you, now be on a queue".
The check took me 15minutes because they were many. Everyone walked in to the examination all and sat comfortably waiting for invigilator to start giving the exam questions and other necessary materials.
Examination duration extended over 2hours and few minutes..
The examination today was successful done and students couldn't wait for the next examination.

Every child despite his individual differences and uniqueness is to be considered of equal worth. He should therefore be entitled to equal social, economic, civil and political rights, so that he may fully realise his inherent potential and share equally in life.
Child abuse is not just physical violence directed at a child. It is any form of maltreatment by an adult, which is violent or threatening for the child. This includes neglect
Child abuse is a significant contemporary community problem. Although children have been maltreated throughout history, our community has been silent in defence of abused children. Child abuse is not a phenomenon of the 20th Century nor is it unique to our society and culture alone. It has occurred throughout the recorded history of man. The future of any nation depends on its children and their capabilities. For this reason, they must be given a full chance.
When child abuse occurs in the home and the abuser is, for example, the child’s parent or care-giver, this is a form of domestic violence.
But children are sometimes abused by other adults on whom they are dependent, such as day nursery workers, teachers and sports coaches.
Sometimes abuse is intentional, but not always. If parents or caregivers are no longer able to cope with caring for the child, this can result in dysfunctional behaviour and abuse.
Sometimes parents thought they are upbringing child in a methodical way different from what others can relate with but they make wrongs.
Forms of Child Abuse
Physical abuse: all forms of physical violence;
Emotional or psychological abuse: an adult regularly berates the child, acts in a dismissive and hostile manner towards the child or intentionally scares the child.
Physical neglect: the child does not receive the care and nurturing that it needs.
Emotional or psychological neglect: continuous lack of positive attention for the child. Ignoring the child’s need for love, warmth and security. This category also covers cases in which children are witnesses to violence between their parents or caregivers.
Sexual abuse: sexual contact which an adult forces upon a child.
Consequences of child Abuse.
We all go through difficult and stressful times in our lives. We get burdened with work, money gets tight and our children can sometimes add even more stress to our already overwhelming schedule. Because of all of this stress, it can sometimes be easy to take out our frustrations on the ones we love the most, and for some of us this is our children. Having a child to care for isn’t easy, but it is important to remember that your kids are innocent and only want to be loved. If a child is not shown affection by their parents, and instead are neglected or abused, this mistreatment will leave lasting scars.
Some of these scars might be physical. Some scars will heal eventually but others could end in a child’s death. But the emotional scars from abuse have long lasting effects throughout life; damaging a child’s self confidence, ability to have healthy relationships, and the ability to function at home, at school and at work. Children who have been abused can display:
A poor self image
Inability to trust and love others
Sexual acting out
Anger and rage
Anxiety or fears
Drug and alcohol abuse
Self destructive or self abusive
behavior including suicidal thoughts
There are four major categories of child abuse: neglect, physical abuse, psychological/emotional abuse, and child sexual abuse.
Neglect:
Failure to meet a child’s basic physical and/or psychological needs. Neglect may occur during pregnancy as a result of maternal substance abuse. Once a child is born, neglect may involve a parent or caregiver failing to provide adequate food, clothing and shelter; protect a child from physical and emotional harm or danger; or ensure access to medical care or treatment. It may also include unresponsiveness to a child’s emotional needs.
Physical Abuse:
An act of another party involving contact intended to cause feelings of physical pain, injury, or other physical suffering or bodily harm.
Sexual Abuse:
A form of child abuse in which an adult or older adolescent abuses a child for sexual stimulation. Forms of sexual abuse include asking or pressuring a child to engage in sexual activities, displaying pornography to a child, and actual sexual contact with a child.
Psychological/emotional abuse:
This form of abuse is the hardest to recognize and define. It could include name-calling, ridicule, and excessive criticism and humiliation.
It is very important to understand the consequences of these forms of abuse.
Above all children should be cater for not until you got the money to raise them that make them. But your teachings , your moral teachings and behavior could help.
Monday must Obey
Man's finite mind captures only what is finite. What is infinite escapes him. Since he cannot grasp what is beyond is vission it becomes more difficult for him to take on the compression of what he does not know.Under such situation man must emulate job who fail to understand why the wicked prosper and the righteous like him suffered ask God for enlightenment.
God does not abandon his people in difficult times.He comes with enduring kingdom truths that remain firm in holiness is still what we should hold onto regardless of the anguish we experience. We receive assurance that affliction is light wait to give way for heavenly joy.
Start your day with what you have don't and expect great for it. Don't envy the glory you don't know about the story. Don't do bad because others are doing that and succeed in life. Your fate is not attached to any man's convictions but your fate could be attached to what you use your hand to prosper yourself.
Sometimes life may not give you what you want. You can only make use of what It gives you. Don't expect prosperity to come when you sit in the house jobless, aimless, without vision. Those who succeed start with a little drop of water and that makes an ocean for them.
Don't make oppressions from other people your weak point. You will backslide from their and you will become a useless being. There is time for everything.
Today is Monday. Monday must answer be started with a good goal. Read cash can fix a smile on your face if you work harder. Relate with men not boys. Relate with women not girls.

Africa and Thunderbolts (Mágùn)
Africa is one of the largest continent in the world and it obviously called Back people Continent.. Africa is divided regionally because of its wideness and diversities, more of which are South Africa, North Africa, West Africa and East.
Africa is the Continent having Cultural diversities and different languages, both Colonial and Local languages. And the Beauty of diversity is that there is Unity in diversities and that why we are African.
I'm directing my writing on cultural and abuse of cultural heritage.
What is Thunderbolts?
According to Baron Zemo Thunderbolts were originally villains adopting heroic identities for access to public resources. Most chose to give up their lives of crime and reform.
To bring Thunderbolts to African Cultural Philosophy, Thunderbolts is a Non-fictional prepared concoction with the spiritual accessibilities. Thunderbolts is a spiritual spells casted on materials specially for females.
I will narrow my writing down to Nigeria West Africa.
Where is Nigeria?
Nigeria is a West African Country and it's the most largest country in West Africa both in land mass and population densities. Nigeria is Subdivided into 6 regions( South East, South South, South West, North East, Northcentral, Northwest).South West Nigeria is dominated by the Yorubas. The Yorubas play a critical part about Thunderbolts (Mágùn).
Effects of Thunderbolts.
Culturally their believe is that Thunderbolts keep their wives from been promiscuous. It was told that wife's after been betrothed they go on becoming promiscuous and then what they thought was to prepare Thunderbolts, they cast spell on materials and lay it down for there wife to cross over when ever they (Husband) are going on a journey, believing that someone will visit their wife and lay on her.
Forms of Thunderbolts.
There are lots of Evil spells that could be casted on materials. According to the Yorubas there are four main types
A spell casted on a promiscuous wife in which when copulated with, the intruder will Start vomiting blood after few minutes he will die. (That's embarrassing death) Note the wife will not be affected by My means but the partner.

She ran quickly to an herbalist the herbalist told her that " HIV and AiDs can last in humans body for 10years but Thunderbolts cannot last in woman's body for 9 weeks". This what he said and got her afraid.
The herbalist decided to help her. They started a 7-day ritual for her and she takes medicine to cast out the spell. On the seventh day, the told the girl he wants to be sure if the spell is no longer in her and before they do that someone must copulate with her.
The lady feel bad and worried. She called the husband and explained everything to him. The husband look afraid dissapointted and helpless he said he will not. The wife begged and he didn't answer. Suddenly the wife thought of commiting suicides but fortunately for her, her old-time friend felt compassion and since he's a doctor he agreed to lay with her.
